We had a great stay at Valerie’s. A perfect location to spend time with friends off the grid. The home is spacious with everything you would need. We had 11 adults there comfortably. Valerie was quick to respond with any questions we had. We hope to be back!

I’ve stayed at Donalda’s many times. It’s my go to place while staying in Port Hawkesbury. The place is always pristine and a home away from home!

Amazing hosts.. and they make this place feel like home, on the lake. You’re going to leave wanting your own lake house, and for neighbors half this good. Beautiful spot on the lake with kayaks and a firepit right by the water. Had everything we needed and the hot tub melted the stress away.

We stayed with as a family of 4 for two nights - our 2 little girls loved the comfiness and coziness of Kelly's place - full of fluffy pillows, blankets, and lots of little places to snuggle in. There was a nice big kitchen to cook in, and the hot tub and pool were awesome. We would stay here again :)

Wow! Marina’s place was beyond amazing! It exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful in person! It was the perfect location for us to unplug and truly enjoy our surroundings! Marina’s little touches and sweet items she left for our girls (ages 4 &6) were above and beyond anything we could have imagined! The house allowed us to be able to take day trips and come back to a relaxing and beautiful location! We definitely hope to come back to Nova Scotia and definitely will stay at her home again!

We've stayed at this Airbnb multiple times, and it consistently offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The space is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, with a stunning ocean view that never gets old. It's a reliable choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommend!

Kate's Place was amazing to stay had enough space for all of us. The view is absolutely amazing and so peaceful. Has access down to the beach. The screened in porch that she has was so amazing to seat out there. Has a nice beautiful deck. Lots of room in the back yard to playing some games or have a nice fire. If going on vacation I would absolutely suggest Kate's place what a beautiful spot.

We were in the area for work and really enjoyed our stay here. The beds are super comfortable. Location is perfect for getting to the highway or close to the amenities. We would return here anytime.

Well equipped and very comfortable cottage, a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many sights to explore. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was our last extension at Lori's, like always perfect spot I highly recommend if you plan on staying in Canso during the summer or the winter, well located, nice and clean house and amazing hosts

We had a great stay! We visited with 4 adults, a baby and a dog and we had lots of space to hang out in the main area. Sherbrooke village is just minutes away. Very peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend :)

Beautiful place! The house is super comfortable and with ample of space. Lots of games and activities for kids was a nice plus for us. Highly recommended!

We were so fortunate to spend spring break at Mark's place with our 3 kids. Upon walking in the view of the ocean is breathtaking. Mark has done an impeccable job renovating this place. The kitchen is a dream (hello gas oven ❤️) and the shower is super cool. The basement was perfect for our two older kids to have their own space. We really appreciated all the games and activities he provided - hours of fun just with monopoly and scrabble. That's the thing about this place - being inside it is a vacation in itself. So many touches to this place that make it stand out from the many others we have stayed. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Reva and Sean’s cottage. The scenery was incredible and the cottage was nice and cozy with a well stocked kitchen. We were able to enjoy a campfire each evening with the firewood made available for our use. Watching the antics of the neighbouring donkeys provided a great deal of entertainment,and the eagles perching on nearby trees was an additional bonus. We look forward to returning.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'un mois, la maison voici les points forts: Résidence bien située pour découvrir l'Île du Cap Breton et ses alentours. Endroit très calme et éloigné des voisins, juste en face de la marina. Belle résidence, très propre, pleine de belles fenêtres, confortable et bien climatisée Foyer extérieur et pergolas très appréciés. Tous les services et restaurations sont à moins d'un kilomètre La nature est très présente tout autour de la maison (cerf, renards, écureuils, crabes, cormorans, hérons, geai bleu, martin pêcheur, etc..). Les points à tenir en compte: Absence de rideau dans la chambre à coucher principale. Absence de moustiquaire dans toutes les fenêtres alors, ont choisi les moustiques ou l'air climatisée. Table à manger pour seulement 6 personnes assises (annoncé; maximum de 8 voyageurs). Cuisine très sommairement équipée Beaucoup d'ampoules sont brûlées à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et aucune Un gros merci à nos hôtes pour le séjour!

I had such a lovely stay, the house was cosy and welcoming, very clean. My partner and I enjoyed having the games there, a fun selection. Everything we needed for cooking was available, and some nice basics. Having the forest trails close by was really nice, l loved walking along them listening for birds. Not too far from Tatamagouche which allowed us to get to see the local artists and food. Overall I was really impressed, would definitely stay again. Thanks
