We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and very spacious apartment. It had everything, we needed, and the view from the large balcony was amazing. Grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. We spent three weeks here, one week of vacation and two weeks of remote working, which worked very well. Parking facilities were also good with one private parking space available. Anna was a fantastic host. She always responded quickly and gave good advice on what to see and do in the area. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Tout était de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement magnifique, dans la vieille ville. Le logement très beau, original, charmant et classe à la fois. Il faut juste être attentif au fait qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre et donc que cela peut être inconfortable pour quelqu’un de claustrophobe. Et également être conscient et à l’aise avec le fait que les toilettes ne sont pas séparées de la chambre par une porte (ce que l’on peut voir en fait sur une des photos). Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits au lieu des 8 prévues à la base, mais nous recommanderions néanmoins ce logement plein de charme.

Wir haben unsere Ferien bei Colomba und Michele sehr genossen! Empfang en wurden wir mit hauseigenem Olivenöl, sehr leckeren Kapern und Zitronen! Colomba war immer sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und herzlich und Michele fleissig am die Unterkunft verschönern und unterhalten - man merkt, die zwei arbeiten mit sehr viel Liebe an ihrem Airbnb! :) Wir werden definitiv wieder vorbeigehen! ❤️

I cannot say enough about Gaetano and how he went above and beyond with stocking the kitchen and bathrooms and all the details in his home. He texted me every day to make sure we were doing well and was so kind to me when I was unwell before leaving. Would stay again!

L'appartamento di Giuseppina era grande, luminoso, con un bellissimo balcone vista mare. Le camere grandi avevano anche un balcone altrettanto spazioso. Cucina comoda e con tutto il necessario. La zona era tranquilla, ma nello stesso tempo comoda con ristorante e bar dietro l'angolo. Ci siamo potuti muovere per Manfredonia sempre a piedi. Bastava una breve passeggiata lungo mare per essere in centro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Giuseppina ci ha anche lasciato informazioni per le zone limitrofe da trovare ed è stata sempre disponibile e gentile! Grazie!

Stefanie ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell antwortet und uns super bei der Taxibestellung unterstützt hat. Tolle saubere Unterkunft, in bester Lage, die alles bietet was man braucht. Gerne wieder 👍🏻😉

Piccolo alloggio ma pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Salvatore è stato gentile e disponibile. Cenato due sere alla "coppola rossa" che è veramente a due passi, personale gentile, mangiato bene entrambe le volte, nota positiva in più (per chi come noi viaggia con ilmpeloso al seguito) nessun problema per l'accesso con il cane

The house was super cute and wonderful. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived he brought as to the grocery store without us having to ask. He also brought us to the train station. He was always kind, easy to talk to, and attentive. Great stay.

Fuimos fuera de temporada, en marzo. El apartamento es muy lindo, amoblado con muy buen gusto, y muchos detalles, muy confortable el balcón es un espectáculo, no lo pudimos aprovechar porque estaba un poco fresco. Mucha tecnología en las ventanas y luces. La ubicación es lejos del centro pero Si estás con auto no hay problema y es muy tranquilo. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Ce Ressort est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, avec des installations comprises : Piscine, parasol et matelas de plage, vélos. Seul bémol à notre séjour, le prix des Petits-déjeuners 10€/pers avec un buffet somme toute très simple, et le restaurant de la plage avec une différence de prix de + 3€ par rapport à celui du Ressort ! Mais le personnel est très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour bien agréable Jean

Abbiamo passato delle vacanze fantastiche al Trullo. Ottima posizione in faccia al mare, posto tranquillo. Gli esterni sono bellissimi, la mia bimba ha adorato la piscina e noi abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci. L'host era molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito indirizzi interessanti da visitare e perfino portato una buonissima focaccia tipica! Consiglio di avere una macchina per potersi muovere nella zona. Grazie mille per queste belle vacanze.

Very nice location in the seafront with own swimming pool. The owner is always there for answering your questions and has good insider tips! She does everything to make it a perfect stay, we loved it!

Die Unterkunft ist ein wunderschöner Mittelpunkt für den Urlaub in Apulien. Check-in und -out, Kommunikation etc. verlief alles mehr als reibungslos. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders zu erwähnen sind neben der tollen Einrichtung und Ausstattung, vor allem auch die Lage. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Die Gastfreundschaft rundet die tolle Erfahrung ab. Klare Empfehlung!

Lorenza’s palazzo was an amazing and unique place to stay. It’s situated in the historical heart of Giovinazzo,2 metres from the marine promenade. We had a spectacular view of the sea from our bedroom’s window. The special compliment and thanks to Lorenza’s hospitality: the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking,she generously left for us wine,beer,coffee pods,biscuits and even pasta . The bathrooms have all necessary paraphernalia and more. The place is immaculately clean,moreover Lorenza cleaned our bedrooms and changed the bedding/towels in the middle of our stay. You need a car or to be prepared to travel by train as no taxi service in Giovinazzo . There is quite noisy from morning to late evening around which is no hosts’ fault at all ,but it adds to the atmosphere of holiday.The bells’ ringing and birds singing gives additional charm to the palazzo. Very impressed and highly recommend Lorenza’s beautiful home . Unforgettable experience,we’ll definitely come back again.

Cinque stelle+++ per Casa San Giacomo! Il Soggiorno è stato perfetto. Ottima la comunicazione, la pulizia, la descrizione della casa e massima disponibilità. Avrei voluto che questo soggiorno durasse di più. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Matteo, la famiglia e tutto lo staff sono stati impeccabili. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie di tutto!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und entspricht genau den Bildern. Luca ist ein Super-Host, ob Strandsuche oder Restaurantreservierungen, er war für alles bereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet, außerdem ist er sehr nett und flexibel. Auch hat sich Luca bemüht uns einen Gartisparkplatz zu verschaffen. Wenn keiner frei war gibt es aber mit 5€ pro Tag sehr günstige zahlungspflichtige Parkplätze. Ich würde jedem der Manfredonien besucht diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Matteo. La maison est confortable et la vue sur la mer depuis l’avant de la maison est incroyable. Un chemin menant à la plage passe devant la maison, donc il y a du passage mais ce n’est pas un problème. Matteo est très accueillant.

Alojamiento en una localización perfecta. Primera línea del mar, con un paseo marítimo cómodo. Bari se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche. El apartamento se encuentra muy bien reformado, pero el salón es un poco estrecho y sin 4 puestos de sofá (solo 2). Pero las 2 terrazas ideales para estar tranquilamente sentado. La cocina tiene de todo para cocinar para 4, aunque algún fuego no funcionaba. El Internet es mediante tarjeta sim, pero funciona bien. Daniele un gran anfitrión, se adaptó a nuestra llegada a las 20, y a la salida, y nos explicó todo en gran detalle.

Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung und genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Leonardo ist eine wunderbare Person und sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr viele Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben die Zeit genossrn. Danke🌞❤️

Ten pobyt będę wspominać na długo. Przepiękna lokalizacja tuż przy porcie i dom z duszą, pełen zabytkowych mebli i pięknych dekoracji. Przyjemny chłód w mieszkaniu, idealny podczas upalnego urlopu. Wygodne łóżko, ładne patio, na którym można zjeść śniadanie i gospodarz, który był niezwykle pomocny i miły. Polecam w 100% ❤️
