Marano Lagoon: аренда домов для семей с детьми

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet für mehrere Personen wirklich ausreichend Platz. Der Ort ist überschaubar (für die tägliche Versorgung ist aber alles da) und daher gibt es auch die Möglichkeit mit Einheimischen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss vor Ort. Ein Pool wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen, aber dann würde man die vielen schönen Buchten verpassen. Die Gastgeberin hat alles gut durchdacht und reagiert bzw. schreibt proaktiv. Zelo smo bili zadovoljni s prenočiščem. Šli smo na kratke 4-dnevne počitnice s 4-mesečnim dojenčkom in Sergeja nam je pripravila veliko stvari zanj. Odejice, kovtrček, šampon, banjico, pralni prah... veliko nam je odtehtalo tudi to, da je v stanovanju pralno sušilni stroj. Sergeja je zelo prijazna in komunikativna oseba, ki s svojo družino in tremi psi živi nad stanovanjem. Pred hišo je tudi parkirno mesto v senci. Vsekakor prijetno okolje, ki ga priporočamo.

Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet – wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Outdoor-Bereich war wunderbar zum Entspannen und Grillen geeignet, mit sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen den ganzen Tag über. Trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen blieb es im Haus angenehm kühl, und die ruhige Lage trug zusätzlich zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei!

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Mirno, ugodno, osjećaj kao kod kuće. Domaćin na raspolaganju, sve što je potrebno se nalazilo u kući. Užitak je bio boraviti na navedenoj lokaciji. Hvala. Pozdrav.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage war für uns Gold wert. Der Balkon ist meiner Meinung nach etwas größer als auf den Bildern und hat einen schönen Ausblick ins grüne. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch verschiedene Strände/Badstellen sind in ca 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. An der Wohnung kann man nicht parken. Wir haben in der Nähe der Wohnung gehalten um unser Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bringen und haben dann bei einem Bekannten der Vermieter parken können. Das geht aber nicht immer, deshalb empfehle ich sich im Vorraus über die Parkmöglichkeiten in Piran zu erkundigen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Piran.

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Der Pool, die Wohnung, alles ist sehr sauber und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Eltern von Nevenka waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wenn wir nochmal nach Istrien kommen, dann super gerne zu euch !

Excellent location and perfect host. We had a few unusual requests and the host's proactive response was above and beyond what is expected. Their inspiration and guidance made the days very special and we strongly recommend this fine location, in fact we hope to be back to enjoy the river and the many beautiful locations close to beautiful small village.

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. Alles is netjes en zoals op de foto's. De bushalte met lijn 2 naar Venetië stopt voor het appartement. Restaurants/ijssalon/bakker/supermarkt/tabakzaak voor bustickets en centrum op loopafstand. Antonio is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Een aanrader als je afhankelijk bent van openbaar vervoer en alles graag in de buurt hebt.

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.

Everything was fine and the Place is bigger than apparently from the Photos. Mario was helpful and welcoming.

Fue el departamento más cuidado en el que estuvimos, muy limpio, detalles de bienvenida muy reconfortantes, como tener todo lo necesario para merendar en nuestra llegada, elementos limpieza, todo. Lo mejor fue el trato, la paciencia y dedicación de Federica y Roberto. Están en todos los detalles.
