Welcome to our red cabin tucked away in the woods. After a fun day of skiing Mt. Baker or hiking nearby trails, unwind by the fireplace or soak in the private hot tub surrounded by trees. Fire up the charcoal BBQ, roast s'mores at the fire pit, and enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars. Don't miss the secret trail to Red Mountain—just steps from the driveway—or explore countless scenic hikes in the area. On warmer days, cool off with a swim in the crystal-clear waters of nearby Silver Lake.

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Enjoy this creekside A-Frame cabin situated on it's own private acre in the woods. Light a fire in the outdoor firepit or curl up next to the pellet stove inside. Have a soak in the wood fired cedar hot tub under the stars. The cabin is the perfect place to chill out after a day on the hill or just a great hideout to escape into nature for a few days. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring! We have farm-fresh eggs for purchase (availability varies). One egg $0.50 a dozen for $6.00

Looking for a place to experience "social distancing"? This quiet, cozy house is located on Cornell Creek Road at mile post 31 of the Mount Baker Highway between Maple Falls and Glacier, Washington about 25 miles from Artist's Point and the Mt. Baker ski area. Pets are OK if well behaved.
