Scelta per un visita a Roma, si è rivelata ottima per alloggiare in un quartiere tranquillo. Con la macchina si raggiungono i parcheggi della Metro, noi abbiamo utilizzato quello della Tiburtina ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Colosseo. Loft ordinato e Per Friendly.

Annalisa est une hôtesse charmante. Elle est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de petits conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement était spacieux et impeccable . Les extérieurs sont agréables. La place de stationnement est un plus . Une station de bus se trouve juste à côté du logement ainsi qu’un grand supermarché . C’est très pratique .

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

Monia's place works very well for a long term stay. It's a very silent and peaceful area. The home is quite modern with nice style and has what you need for daily living including an ok desk for remote working. Note, that the wifi does not span the full house but easily fixed buying a cheap wifi repeater. Perfect with several outside sitting areas and the upper terrace. Daily shopping and a few restaurants is within 15-20 minutes walk. Only missing a good local bar for your afternoon Aperitivo - here you may need to drive down town. The location is perfect for trips to Roma (1 hour with train) and trips to Assisi, Spoleto, etc. Monia is a very good host. Flexible and quick responses when needed. Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Monolocale comodo confortevo, pulito e ordinato, rifornito di tutto il necessario. Andrea molto gentile, disponibile. Mi son trovato benissimo.

Questo alloggio è in una posizione che mette subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo passato tanto tempo in giardino, godendoci la tranquillità. Avevamo tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e abbiamo vissuto il viaggio in modo sereno e senza pensieri. Grazie di cuore.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Ce logement était parfait pour notre séjour : avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains il est très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. Si vous visitez la ville comme nous vous trouverez la ligne de bus 781 ou le train avec la gare Villa Bonelli. Le quartier est calme la nuit ce qui permet de bien se reposer et vous trouverez tout le nécessaire en bas de l'immeuble : pharmacie, supermarché, pizzeria... Sergio nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour une arrivée facile et a été très réactif à mes messages. Je recommande ce logement !

Emilia’s place is in a very good location, perfectly situated between termini and the colosseum and walkable to the main attractions around Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby at affordable prices. The place itself is very clean and Emilia was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Emilia’s place to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

Queda a dos minutos de varias estaciones de bus que es lo más económico y fácil de usar del transporte de Roma, se encuentra un supermercado a 5 minutos Lo súper recomiendo

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

We had a great stay at Federica’s house. Clean and easy to reach if you have a car. Recommended.

Could not be happier! Beautiful and authentic apartment in a Rome neighborhood where locals live. Close to bus and train for quick access to the center. Very clean and set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds. Charming balcony facing green courtyard. Very safe. Host was kind and helpful.
