The upscale cabin is located in the picturesque Shugart Flats community with plenty of privacy on a 3 acre property, and surrounded by nature with wildlife abound and in a newly established mosquito control area! The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. Book a tubing trip at our beach with OspreyRafting. There is a covered hot tub and BBQ with a big lawn in front of the house with river views. The interior is an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds & 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.
