Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

The place was clean and tidy. The back porch looked out on a lovely, peaceful back yard. There was a fine county park within 5 minutes with good walking trails that host alerted me to with artwork by the bedroom door. I’d be happy to stay there my next time in the area.

A diamond in the rough! Fantastic location and cozy living space made our stay even more perfect while visiting with family. The home was cozy and clean and offered all the amenities you could need, like a home away from home. Our fur baby was able to quickly acclimate to being away from home given the extreme comfy vibe. If you’re looking for a great space this is the one!

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. My partner and I loved our stay, and we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town. Truly made my time and my partner's first time visiting an unforgettable one. This unit was perfect for our quick trip to PA. it is extremely clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely book again if I'm in the area.

Great cozy place to stay near multiple state parks and forests

This was a very comfortable place for our family of four to hang out and also have our own spaces for quiet time. Beds, sofas, and chairs were all very comfortable. The rear porch was lovely for coffee overlooking the lake, and our dog loved the large fenced yard for patrolling against squirrels. If you have really young children (or a really stupid dog like we have!), the staircase may prove a little challenging, but older kids and normal dogs would have no trouble with it. :)

Great place to stay with friends or family. Perfect for large groups. The flexible checking and out is so nice! Loved that we could bring our dogs. We had a great time!

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

I greatly appreciated the clothes washer and dryer. Space was as advertised. Also was happy for the a/c.
