The cabin is situated at our home and small self funded vegan/vegetarian sanctuary on a hill, nestled in its own small wild nature garden and developing food forest of fruit, nuts and wild edibles. We have developed our whole site into a track system or otherwise known as Paradise paddock. Meet some of our rescue animals. Sit by the campfire and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. Carrigallen has 5 pubs 2 takeaways and a lovely coffee shop. 2 shops both with deli counters. when your at the property it feels like your in the middle of the countryside no noise no light polution. There are lots of fishing lakes, walks, all within the area. mountains to climb a 35 minute drive away.

Skeaghvil chalets are located in a woodland setting beside Skeagh lake, near Bailieborough Cavan. The Hot Tub can be added to your stay for an extra charge and it’s not shared. Fishing boat is available to hire for Skeagh Lake and kayaking can be booked on the Castle Lake or your welcome to bring your own kayaks. Skeagh is an area of natural beauty and it’s a walkers paradise. There are various running and bike trails to choose from within a short distance of the chalets.
