We found the place very cozy and welcoming. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic because it is close to many interesting areas of Winnipeg. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood.

The house worked out very well for my group, having two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs is a big plus

We had a long stay at Richard’s place, Richard was friendly and helpful! He always greets us with the biggest smile on his face, and is a genuinely caring host. He constantly checked to make sure we felt comfortable and that we had everything we need. After spending more than a month at Richard’s, we are confident to say that we have gained a friend! This place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed, including plenty of cutlery for our group of 14, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is private and situated in a very peaceful neighborhood.
