Lovely place to stay. Very welcoming. We were surprised to find our rooms cleaned and fresh when we returned each day. Very quiet and within easy reach of Mytilini. Will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Cuneyt’s place. Spacious room with big comfortable bed, great aircon, and most importantly very clean and well equiped. To avoid any confusion; breakfast provided means it is inclusive in the price - and it is excellent with a great variety of foods. Evening meals were a reasonable price, of a great standard, and it was pleasant relaxing in the courtyard setting.

We enjoyed staying at this place. It ismin good location close to Smyrna old town and famous Kemeralti bazaar in Izmir. Apprtment was very clean and owner provided unlimited drinking water which was available on the hall. Thank you!

We were welcomed with extra care and tolerance the rooms are very clean the bohemian structure with a hearty breakfast the concept of Alacati is fully reflected in the accommodation, thank you very much for everything Hasret 😝🩷

If you are looking for a relaxed vacation spot, this is it. Garden and pool area are worth to spend some time. Located close to the vineyards and the Urla’s center. There is also a winery within walking distance where you can have good pizzas. Amenities are adequate along with a room of a reasonable size and it is also very clean. I’ll not forget Güneş, cute puppy made our holiday better.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Alaçatı! The location was perfect—just a short walk to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away from the noise of the busy center. It was the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Alaçatı!

The owners were very friendly, which I appreciated at first, but over time it became a bit overwhelming. They frequently wanted to come down and visit. I brought my client for a medical trip, so it would have been more helpful if they had welcomed us initially and then given us space to focus on our tasks without feeling obligated to. During our stay, my client had an accident on the bed, and I promptly paid for the mattress. Unfortunately, there was also an accident on a cloth sofa that could have easily been steam cleaned. However, the host advised that we had to pay the full price of $2,900 USD to replace the sofa. I felt this was excessive, especially considering it’s a rental property where normal wear and tear should be expected.

Çarşının göbeğinde sizi evinizde hissettirecek bir butik otel,istediğimiz her yere kolaylıkla ulaşmamız bizim için çok önemliydi ve zaten otel konumu itibariyle bunu sağlıyor ev sahiplerimiz çok tatlılardı ve bize çok yardımcı oldular özellikle ütü konusu çok hoşuma gitti,sorduğumuz soruları da severek cevapladılar :) sadece kahvaltı yoktu o da çevrede birçok alternatif olduğundan problem olmadı (ücrete dahil değildi) odalar biraz küçük bizim için bu da sıkıntı değildi (3 kız arkadaştık) çok daha samimi ve keyifliydi ama geniş oda kriteri olanların veya ailelerin bilmesi için yazıyorum bunu,hareket alanı biraz kısıtlı odada. temizlik harikaydı çok düzenli ve mis gibiydi otel ayrıca merkezde olmasına rağmen dışardan hiç ses gelmedi uyurken :) fiyat performans kesinlikle

Yer olarak çok iyi merkezi konumda sakin huzurlu bir ortamı var personel içten Herşey için teşekkürler. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Ersin bey gayet kibar birisi ev mükemmel derecede iyidi temizlik gayet başarılıydı ihtiyacınız olan her şey evde mevcut bergamanın zaten mükemmel bir tarihi var ancak sırf bu evde konaklamak için bile gelinebilir bergamanın tarihini çok iyi yansıtan aynı zamanda da harika konforu olan bir ev, evin sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi ersin bey her konuda yardımcı oldu teşekkürler.
