We had a girls weekend and had plenty of space for us all to have our own bed and plenty of space to hang out and chat in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was only a few minutes from nice restaurants. We had an enjoyable weekend.

The location was perfect for our needs. Very easy to access and grateful for the parking in the back at the garage location.

We drove from IL and had an accident. The 9hr trip took 17 and we were STRESSED! As soon as I opened the door every bit of the days stress melted away! We felt right at home! And we slept like babies! I loved walking my dog in the morning on the property with some coffee! Perfect! Kathy was kind enough to let me put up a Christmas tree and I had everything for our family dinner! I am definitely hoping to stay again! Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home! We felt very blessed indeed! If I had one little thing to say in the con column would be, I have a very bad back, fused, I couldn't sit on the furniture in family room because it was so low to the ground. I solved the problem by bringing in the great bentwood rocker from porch put a pillow on it and I was perfect as I'm a rocker anyway! Thank you again for a vacation I never forget! We would recommend North Arrow to anyone!! 5 stars from us!!!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house was beautiful and well accommodating! Even had sidewalk chalk and crayons which the kids enjoyed! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was not within walking distance but it is about a 10-15 minute drive to get to any location in Manhattan! We will keep this place in mind whenever we visit Manhattan! I greatly recommend!

Was a perfect place to stay for us while we waiting for our on post military housing to open up. Host was friendly, responsive and very helpful!

Sarah was very accommodating for our group and worked with us tremendously. We are very grateful for her hospitality and flexibility.

The house is fabulous! It was perfect for a big group. Our age ranges were 11 to 93. We had the kids in the basement and the adults upstairs. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Coffee and toiletries provided which is always a plus. A few of us got up early and did a 4 mile walk in the area. Beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the porch in the afternoon and fire pit at night. It is hard to find a place to accommodate a big group. Lovely house! Thanks!

Great place, clean home!

What can we say about this place…it was wonderful! We loved the unique items to decorate throughout. It felt like home and we loved all the bedrooms and comfortable living room. Tara was an incredible host, super responsive, and flexible when we had requests.

It is a very good place to stay. I will recommend it if you plan to visit KSU:)

I was in Manhattan for a KSU reunion and this was a perfect place for me. It was really clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Suzy was a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommend for a single or couple :)

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

The Rooster was a great little Air B&B and was perfect for my needs. The instructions to get in were clear and the place was clean when I arrived. The host’s extra touches like a few bottles of water in the fridge and a snack basket were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely look for this place the next time I’m planning a trip to Manhattan! Thanks for a great stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and felt right at home. Great location and excellent amenities. Ms. Anderson was extremely helpful and responsive to my communications! Will stay again!!!

Charming, little apartment. Definitely an older building as the title implies. There are two doors to unlock to get inside. The floors and doors are uneven and tilted in some areas from natural foundation issues but it didn’t bother us. The hosts were friendly, great at communication and allowed us to check in a little early which was nice. I will say that the only things that could have made the stay a little better is not having to strip the linens and blankets during checkout because I feel like most airbnbs don’t ask guests to do that anymore, just to take out the trash or put the used towels in the washer. For a total of $220 for one night I don’t feel like I should have to essentially help with the bedding laundry. Also the one and only TV is tiny and didn’t even work. However, it was a nice stay and would consider staying again.
