We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

This Balinese inspired apartment with views over the pacific ocean from both the living area and bedroom, only steps from the beach, cafes and in close proximity of two other beaches, wonderful walks, the boat ramp, a golf course, village markets, wineries and so much more.
