This was my second time at Holygram and I will definitely keep coming back. From the serene surroundings to the amazing room setup, Prashant and his team are doing an amazing job to ensure that guests have the best experience possible. We were welcomed with a basket of strawberries which is the perfect touch for Panchgani. The food they prepared for us was tasty and reminded us of home. The whole property in itself is just marvellous with stunning views and the right kind of peace you’d want from a weekend getaway. They have included games and books to keep guests busy when they are not splashing in their swimming pool. I love the place and would recommend it to everyone!

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my Nephew’s first birthday with our family. The place was clean and spacious, perfect for our needs. With one year old child, species living room, good size of bedrooms, The kitchen was well-equipped with enough appliances to prepare adhoc food for the kids. (Devanand)caretaker, was incredibly helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The food was ok ok very limited options but BBQ that Devendra called from outside is delicious. The location was peaceful with a beautiful natural view, making it ideal for taking pictures. Everyone had a great time, and we created very good memories there. Sakshi is a very good host who kept in touch with us right from booking. We would love to stay again if we come to Panjgani.

The place needs urgent repairs, the main door of the house doesn't shut, which is risky, the door of one of the upper floor bedroom doesn't shut. they have only 2 rooms in the bungalow, the 3rd room is separately located in the basement. Overall the house is neat and clean but the 3rd room which is in the basement stinks of perfume, has already occupied stuff in room and also the wadrobe is filled with clothes and stuff. The 3rd room is very poorly ventilated and took us a lot of time to getaway with that perfume smell which was all over the room. even on blankets. The caretaker makes this place much better, she is very responsive and cooked us good meals, got us things from market at all genuinely affordable price. The swimming pool ladder is broken and pool experience was average. I felt the price of the bungalow could have been less around 8-9k. 12-13k is a bit too expensive for this bungalow. overall pleasant experience.

Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Big and spacious house, well kept kitchen and bathrooms. Overall good value for money. The only problem is the road connecting the main road to the house, it’s too narrow. Responsive host, easy checkin. A good place for 6-8 people.

The stay was comfortable, and the place matched the description. It was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The host was responsive and helpful.

Ethereal homestay is a simple and peaceful place....the greenery around and the continuous chatter and singing of birds is amazing. The househelps were also very proactive and catered to all needs. Vinesh also recommended a great cook who would come and deliver delicious food at ur door step. All in all an excellent break at a superb place👍

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Samstell! The property was very clean, with spacious bedrooms and a quiet, peaceful surrounding. There are strawberry farms around the property. Aunty’s food was delicious, and she kindly accommodated our requests, especially for our two toddlers. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The Host was very good and clear about the instructions. After our check-in we travelled out with our private vehicle and due to some issue we were stuck outside, and as being new to kokan we contacted the Host for some suggestions and they helped with all the possible ways and had taken followups of our every details. We are very thankful for their help and also the location is fully secured and peaceful place to visit. I do recommend this Host and team for their great service. Thank you ☺️
