Mariangela set the tone of how wonderful our experience at her home would be, through all the communications. Her brother and mother stepped in, in-person to make sure we were settled in and, how can you not love her mother’s freshly baked caked? Amazing! Run and reserve your dates at Villa Sud-East. Nieves is a truly lovely host who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Her recommendations were invaluable and it was a genuine pleasure to meet her and her family. The house is beautiful with plenty of space, comfy bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. The large open terraces and pool surrounding the house make it a great place for socialising as a large group whilst enjoying the peace of its spectacular surroundings. It is easy to access and nearby the historic city of Lecce with all it has to offer including stunning baroque architecture and some great bars and restaurants. We will be back! Villa molto bella, corrispondente alle foto. Eravamo tra i primi ospiti della casa, solo recentemente messa su Airbnb, quindi alcuni dettagli erano ancora da sistemare (alcune cose in casa non erano funzionanti, un paio di sedie del patio e sdraio erano rotte) ma Donna è sempre stata estremamente reattiva e ha sistemato tutto quanto possibile super velocemente. Sicuramente una casa che si presta a regalare estremo relax grazie alla zona piscina stupenda, all'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e alla massima disponibilità di Donna. Belle spiagge a 15/30 minuti e luoghi di interesse comodissimi da raggiungere (Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca, etc.) Insomma, consigliato!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei den liebsten Gastgebern zu Gast. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool und der pflanzenreiche Garten sind wunderschön angelegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, sehr sozial, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie sorgen dafür, dass man sich rundum die Uhr wohl fühlt. Jegliche Wünsche werden schnell wie möglich umgesetzt. Claudine und Oliver haben auf Wunsch auch tolle Tipps für Ausflugsorte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die wir dankend angenommen haben. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Danke für die unvergesslichen Ferien.

Pia was a great host, and her villa was beautiful especially the outdoor space. She was responsive and super helpful with accommodating us especially because we didn’t have a car and it was a bit harder to move around the area. She provided a number for a ride. She also provided restaurant recommendations which was very much appreciated. The area is a little bit hard to get to but I believe that’s normal in poligiano e mare. I recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks pia!

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

Valentina er veldig hyggelig, ryddig og hjelpsom i kommunikasjonen. Villaen ligger skjermet plassert i en rolig olivenlund. Designet er moderne og utrustet med alt man trenger for oppholdet. Fantastisk å kunne plukke urter og grønnsaker fra kjøkkenhagen. Deilig uteareal med svømmebasseng.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na tydzień relaksu z rodziną. To był fantastyczny pobyt we wspaniałym kamiennym domu, bardzo spokojnym, otoczonym gajem oliwnym i słonecznym ogrodem z basenem ( basen nie podgrzewany, woda czysta o tej porze roku chłodna co jednak naszym dzieciom nie przeszkadzało się kąpać ). Miejsce idealne dla 4-osobowej rodziny, z dobrą lokalizacją do zwiedzania pobliskich miasteczek i na jednodniowy wypad nad morze. Chętnie wrócimy i gorąco polecamy to miejsce! Komunikacja z gospodarzami bardzo dobra.

Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Le logement proposé par Buena Onda était simplement parfait. La qualité des prestations a dépassé nos attentes et la villa était encore plus belle qu’en photos. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien décoré et offre beaucoup d’espace pour une famille, avec des parties bien séparées qui ont permis à notre fille de 11 ans d’avoir son propre espace. La maison est également très bien située et permet de visiter le sud des pouilles facilement en étant à la fois proche de Otrante, Lecce ou Gallipoli. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésiter à toutes familles ou amis désirant visiter la région et passer un moment agréable dans une maison en pleine nature.

The house is so beautiful & the location is wonderful too, just a few steps to the beach. The villa was the perfect size and never felt as though we were on top of each other in a big group! We had an issue with the hot water but this was solved so quickly which was impressive. All communication was great too! Would reccomend for large groups/families and would happily return

This is a 5 start review for villa solivetta managed by Puglia Villas. We had a fantastic stay and the booking experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. Our guest angel Sara was devine to deal with and made our stay super easy with amazing recommendations on things to do and places to go. The villa itself is just beautiful. Massive garden with lots of different places to hang out all shaded by olive trees and a nice refreshing pool. Perfect house for a family got everything you need and possibly dream off. We can highly recommend staying there. We had the best time and we planning to come back soon again!!

Valentina was a wonderful host. She gave us a warm welcome at the Masseria and took the time to show us around. The property is stunning – spacious grounds, a beautiful garden, and plenty of charming spots to relax. I especially loved the rooftop with its little fireplace. Valentina was always quick to respond and even sent us a list of restaurant and activity recommendations ahead of time, which really helped us plan our short trip. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Lovely stay outside of Ostuni at Laura's place. The house is very well equipped with several bedrooms nicely spaced out across the large home. The pool was lovely (though not heater) and the grounds are beautiful, with a children's play structure on property and two adorable donkey's roaming the grounds. Very nice stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Thibault’s place! Starting with great recommendations before arrival to easy check in and a place that’s even better than on the pictures. Amazing design, super clean, great amenities to spend a cozy night cooking at home and a lot of space to chill by the pool. Loved it and will come back for sure! Many thanks 🙏

We came for a family celebration and stated 4 nights. We were 10 adults and a toddler and 2 babies. We used 6/7 bedrooms. This spacious house allowed us tò celebrate together in the large common spaces and also gave each family privacy in their own rooms. Having 6 bathrooms was wonderful - almost all rooms had a private bathroom. This is so important with such a large group. Stefanie was a fantastic host. She was always available and went out of her way tò help us For us It was the perfect choice. It's only a 10-15 minute drive tò town center and to a huge large supermarket.

I can’t speak highly enough about this villa - it is spotless, well maintained, beautiful and very well equipped. Maria is a wonderful host and you can see how much effort she goes to to maintain such a beautiful properly. Equally she was so accommodating and helpful to me and our family, she made us feel so at home and nothing was too much trouble. We spent a lot more time at the villa than we had intended because it is so delightful and so peaceful. Thank you Maria!

5 Tage im Paradies – fast komplett offline! Wir haben fünf traumhafte Tage in dieser fantastischen Poolvilla verbracht und ich muss sagen: Wenn Entspannung eine Adresse hätte, wäre sie genau hier! Die Villa war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und der Pool? Ein absoluter Traum. Die Küche war zwar klein, aber super ausgestattet, die Betten so bequem, dass selbst ein Stein darin gut geschlafen hätte, und die Aussicht? Postkartenreif! ABER… und jetzt kommt der Plot Twist: Wer gehofft hat, hier im Pool reels hochzuladen oder die neuesten Memes zu checken, der wird hier auf eine ganz neue Art entschleunigt. Handyempfang? So gut wie nicht vorhanden! Vermutlich müsste man erst ein paar Signale mit Rauchzeichen senden um jemanden zu erreichen. Und das WLAN… nun ja nennen wir es „retro“. Es war so schwach, dass selbst meine Hoffnung auf Verbindung irgendwann das Signal verloren hat. Aber weisst du was? Genau das war das Beste daran. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Danke

Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Domenico. Wir hatten alles gehabt, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, richtig toll zum Entspannen. Eine super Ausgangslage, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war hervorragend. Schon vor unserer regulären Anreise durften wir in die Villa, da wir früh mit dem Flugzeug gelandet sind, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Der Außenbereich ist einfach fantastisch – mit einem großen Pool, Grill und zahlreichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Hier kann man perfekt entspannen. Der Strand ist etwa fünf Autominuten entfernt und ebenfalls wunderschön. Ein Auto ist aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert, aber man kann es günstig am Flughafen mieten. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm ist. Leider hatten unsere Vormieter das Geschirr und die Gläser nicht ordentlich hinterlassen, aber dank des Geschirrspülers konnten wir alles schnell reinigen. Insgesamt war es ein nahezu perfekter Urlaub.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans les Pouilles ! Colleen est une hôte accueillante, gentille et toujours disponible si besoin. Le logement est impeccable, très bien entretenu, et les extérieurs… magnifiques ! C’est un très bel endroit paisible où on se sent bien. Le logement est très bien situé (quelques minutes en voiture de Cisternino, une dizaine de minutes de Alborebello, Locorontodo,…). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Colleen avec un magnifique panier rempli de spécialités italiennes des pouilles ainsi qu’un frigo également rempli de très bonnes choses ! Rien à redire, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! 😁 Un grand merci à Colleen & Stefano !

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. La struttura è molto bella e funzionale. Molto rilassante, nel verde e vicina al centro città. Gli spazi distribuiti alla perfezione, per garantire la privacy di tutti e poter svolgere attività anche in modo individuale e autonomo senza disturbare gli altri (eravamo 4 coppie). È completamente accessoriata di tutto: in cucina, nelle camere, nei bagni, in cucina, in piscina, al barbecue. L’accoglienza e la comunicazione sono state veramente al top. Ottima struttura per vacanza o per smartworking. Siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie di tutto. Tonio
