We verbleven 5 dagen in Hassans huis, wat een prachtig gerenoveerd pand is met veel aandacht voor natuurlijke materialen. Het is zeer ruim. Restaurants op loopafstand. Het is wel iets buiten het toeristische gedeelte van Side maar dat vonden wij juist fijn.

Öncelikle Emine Hanım ve ailesine tekrar teşekkür etmek isterim. Rezervasyonumuzu bir gece önce yapmamıza rağmen hızlıca sorularımıza cevap aldık. Ev aynen resimler gördüğünüz gibi, beyaz eşyalar, mobilyaların hepsi yepyeni. Özellikle mutfak eşyaları eksiksiz. Herşeyin yeni olmasıda açıkcası konaklamadaki hissiyatınızı iyileştiriyor. Evin yanındaki diğer evlerde Emine Hanımlara ait olduğu için ve bizim kaldığımız ev köşede kaldığı için daha geniş bir bahçe kullanma imkanımız oldu. Bu tip konaklamalarda heleki uzun süreli konaklayacaksanız komşular ayrıca önem taşıyor:) 3 kişilik ailem ve köpeğimizle çok çok rahat ettik. Boğazkent'i tanımayanlar için ise evin konumu denize 400mt, deniz halk plajı olmasına rağmen şemsiye ve sezlong sunuyor. Belediye ait 3 restaurant (2 balık, 1 et restaurant) bulunuyor, balık sevenler için ikisinide çok tavsiye ederim tam bir f/p. Şok, A101 ve bakkal yürüme mesafesinde, Bim, Migros ve Carrefour ise 1.5km uzaklıkta.

Ich war im November im Haus. Ein wunderschönes Haus und schöne Ferienanlage. Erste Woche war noch im Hotel gegenüber laute Musik zu hören in der 2. Woche war es geschlossen. Das Haus hat keine Heizung, kann dann in den Abendstunden etwas frisch werden bei +12 Grad nur. Wenn die Sonne geschienen hat gab es auch warmes Wasser, da eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach ist. Leider waren die Fenster nicht so dicht um den Lärm von der D400 Schnellstraße abzuschotten. Man hatte halt immer etwas Verkehrslärm. Überall sind Rollläden vorhanden und die Küche war richtig super. Zum kochen war alles da, Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Spühlmaschine, Wasserkocher und vieles mehr. Kann das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Very nice place, all brand new. Everything was there, kitchen with more than enough glasses, knives etc. Toys for childeren, also for in the pool. We got the fresh eggs she wrote. And even some bread and to drink. Even things like salt etc was there. Very nice pool. In every room an air conditioner. For us it was a TOP place and can recommend it.

Fantastic Apartment! First housing row to the Beach. Everything was clean, the Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the Balcony is incredible and the jacuzzi adds to it all. Berk was super responsive and quick to help with any problems. Thouroghly enjoyed our stay, would recommend to anyone!

Generally, we had a good stay. Can is a very responsive and careful host. The Villa has 4 rooms and a really nice outside area with a garden and pool. Very well maintained. For families with small kids: 1. The apartment we booked was supposed to be on the ground floor with an easy access to garden. Was not the case for us, we were given the #4 on the 1st floor. With a 2 years old child we wanted to avoid any stairs. We've managed just fine but worth double checking with the host, if you expect a ground floor apartment (#1,#2). 2. If you don't receive multiple keys + a chip, please ask for it. The chip is necessary for getting into the apartment in case of power outages (happened a couple of times during our stay). Dors are electric, so if no electricity, you won't get in with the provided code. 3. The hot water temperature is really hard to set. Either really hot or cold. You'll need good patience to set it properly. I burned myself 2 times. Dangerous for kids !!!
