Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

We had a great stay! Katiana's place was a short walk to the beach. There was a GREAT little bakery (Panderri) just 3 mins walk down the street and around the corner. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Super convenient to the beach and El Yunque. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

Luquillo and the area around sandy hills has been clearly affected by the hurricanes and is still recovering. Please do not let this hinder your decision to stay here. However, it is important to note that if you are renting a vehicle during your stay, you may not be able to park it within the gated area of the property as the parking spot for this unit is occupied. After some confusion due to not being fluent Spanish speaker we were able to work with security who helped us find a place to park during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great and responsive.

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

The house surprisingly was quite stocked, more than I expect to see at any other airbnbs. I didn’t need to pick anything other than food at Walmart for the few evenings we cooked at home. There were quite a bit of these tiny ants so we couldn’t leave anything out. Otherwise it was a great stay, and loved that it was so close to the beach.

El apartamento queda en un 2 piso , pero tiene 3 piso que es espacioso , cómodo para tener un buen estadía. Contaba con los artículos q se necesitan…Agradecida con Sofía q cuando se le escribió respondió con rapidez…

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

One of our favorite AirBnB stays ever. Wonderfully decorated and incredibly clean. The apartment felt like home immediately. Had possibly the best-stocked kitchen and linen closet I've ever seen. One of our biggest fears going into an Airbnb is always the depth of cleaning, some only look clean at the surface, and a few hours in, the truth begins to surface. But this place was seriously well kept, no dust, no significant signs of insects or other bugs (impressive for P.R.). Besides this, it was beautifully styled. My family loved it all, the tv was huge, easy access to key streaming apps and the view from he balcony was nice. While it isn't our favorite location (not much within walking distance), we enjoyed it so much we could totally see ourselves coming back and simply driving to beaches rather than risk a lower quality stay closer to the beach. The quality is worth it.

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

We loved our stay at Rio Mar Village and were very sad to leave when our trip was over. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked. It is at the end of a cluster and we enjoyed the privacy of it. Walking to the complex pool is feasible (10 minutes or less to walk), but we mostly chose to drive. The pool was beautiful and quiet--at most 4 other people in it when we were there. You have to drive to get to the beach and restaurants, but that was no problem for us. Supermarkets and Walgreens are within 10 minutes. The mouth of El Yunque is also a quick drive from the resort entrance. Airport (when no traffic) was 35 minutes drive and Old San Juan is about 45 minutes. Great restaurants in the resort but also near Luquillo Beach. Of all the places we have stayed in Puerto Rico, this was the best. It gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do on the island while also giving us the peacefulness and privacy of our own home. Loly is a great host and replies to texts right away.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in celebration of my 40th birthday. The view outside the living area and bedroom is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This Airbnb was way better than my expectations, and the host (Euniz) always responded within 5-10 minutes of my messaging. Place was clean, comfortable (homey feel), easy to drive to, and had all the amenities we could think or want. It was such a blissful paradise! Restaurants are next door only a 4-5 minute walk at the Margaritaville hotel, but that place was much more crowded too. What we really enjoyed about this condo was that it gave you much more privacy than that part of the resort. This condo had a bunch of families and couples staying here, but it was not crowded as I previously mentioned. We are already in talks of planning our next visit and to stay here in the same condo under Euniz’s management. We’ll bring our 2 and 4 yo. This is a very safe resort for anyone else questioning safety. We highly recommend!

Things were as expected with the room, very good location next to the beach in a family friendly resort, yet close to El Yunque and not far from San Juan or Fajardo.

Maria's place was perfect for 2 people. Complex is well kept. Loved being next to ocean. Beach access very limited in this direct area due to hurricane damage. The Kiosko's are nearby, but questionable if you would truly want to walk to them (we drove). Carabali tiki bar was nice to visit and easy walk. If low tide, venture across the river to Rio Grande/Rio Mar beach area!

Brendas place is very comfortable, clean and well decorated and equipped. Recommend highly!

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

Our stay at Victor and Dora's place was excellent. The condo was just what we expected. The proximity to the extremely quiet beach was exactly what we hoped for. The neighbors and complex personnel were friendly and respectful. Victor and Dora provided a lot of information regarding things to do in the area, and recommendations for shopping and dining. We were happy to enjoy the perfect weather, beach, and peacefulness of the location. Every inquiry that we had was answered quickly. It was clear that Victor and Dora cared about helping us, if we needed assistance. While being close to the beach and quiet were our priority, we were very close to groceries, pharmacies, and some very good restaurants. Being just over thirty minutes from the airport also made the trip easy. Overall, we are thankful for the assistance provided from Viktor and Dora and highly recommend their condo and them as hosts.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. Quick access to the pool and the quiet beach and a very nice outdoor dining area with hammocks. We also appreciated how close we were to El Yunque. Clean, comfortable and the host is very quick to reply.

Rio Mar complex is outstanding. I've stayed here many times. This unit is in Ocean Villas and when rented individually is similar to a hotel room which was perfect for my stay. Can't beat the outstanding view, deck, pool facilities, and beach access. It also comes with easy parking in the building. It beats the staying at the hotel ... and you still have access to the hotel bars and restaurants. Thanks Xavier!
