Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Our villa is a small jewelry in Mamaia Nord, 5 minutes walk to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood of villas. The house is family friendly and can accommodate 4 persons. You can also enjoy our spacious yard, very suitable for kids to play. In the yard we have also a barbecue area where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them with your family. There is also a place outside where you can have meals or just enjoy a glass of wine. Also, you can enjoy the amazing sunsets from the yard.

Este compusa din parter-living generos, dispune de o canapea extensibila(160×200), bucatarie complet utilata si baie(1/2). Et 1, Et2 au cate un dormitor cu pat matrimonial, dressing si baie. Fiecare nivel este dotat cu aer conditionat si tv. Proprietatea ofera sezlonguri/umbrele gratuit la plaja Aloha beach aflata in imediata apropriere.

Very easy to reach the location, access is made directly from the main boulevard and includes parking.
