This ground floor apartment is located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven (underneath the family home) only 5km from the town centre and short walk to the beach. Separate queen bedroom with ensuite makes this property ideal for a couple looking for some fresh ocean air, rest and relaxation. The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a casual garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 40 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Welcome to your secluded and dog friendly beachside escape! Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Maloneys Beach Escape is the perfect place for singles, couples, families, friends to getaway & fully unwind. It is a very spacious, comfortable, light & airy home with living & dining, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, 2 queen sized beds, laundry with 2nd toilet. It is just a short 2 minute stroll to the beach (260 meters) & easy access to the 'Murramarang South Coast Walk'. The area is quiet & peaceful, with an abundance of bird life, kangaroos & the sound of gentle waves.

Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

North Durras Beach Cottage

Private, secluded cottage in beautiful North Durras. Located within gorgeous Murramarang National Park with walking trails starting just outside the front door including the newly opened Murramarang South Coast Walk. North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.

ShoreBreak

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
