It features new furniture, a queen bed and provides great views of the lower lake. Wifi has been upgraded and speeds are good. In front there is a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A boardwalk leading to town is close by. There is ample parking and space for boats.

There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available for infants.

The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

My apartment is in a scenic location.Its attached to our house but is completely private and secure.A 500m walk to the lake and to the 4.5km walking track which goes into town following the lake.The beach is a 15 minute drive away.Our national park is a 10 min walk away. Note that Telstra phone reception works the best here, Optus and Vodaphone has limited reception.
