I had a fantastic time with Mercedes. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Her home was warm and inviting, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo, anfitrión muy amable y respondía rápido.

Muy buena estancia. Estuvimos encantados con la amabilidad y predisposición de Patricia. El piso estaba impecable. De fácil acceso y bien comunicado con buses y metro. Muy contentos. Solo diré que cada vez que venga a Madrid no buscaré más y reservaré con Patricia.

Muy contenta con esta estancia todo perfecto, la anfitriona Luz y su marido encantadores. Una casa de ensueño muy acogedora la recomiendo 100%

Great place in a wonderful quite and green area. There is a fantastic Mercado close by with lots of international bistros and a lively atmosphere. Adriana provided us with many helpful tips and also bought groceries for us before our arrival. Thanks a lot!

דירה קטנה וחמודה. הרגשה נעימה וביתית. הכל נקי ומצוחצח. כ5 דקות הליכה מתחנת המטרו. לא רחוקה מכבישים ראשיים עם חנויות , אפשרויות לאכול וקניות שימושיות. לא אזור מפואר אבל שקט ובלי תנועה רבה של כלי רכב.

Una estadía inmejorable en Madrid! Hay diversos lugares, restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. La estacion del metro solo a un minuto, y conecta directo con el centro de la ciudad. Dormí de maravilla, la cama es super comoda, todo esta perfectamente limpio y es una zona tranquila sin mayor ruido. Realmente me sentí como en casa. Áureo en especial es un gran anfitrión. Disfrutar de una buena platica, el delicioso desayuno y su café de la mañana es de lo mejor. Muchísimas gracias por todo y gracias también al hermoso perrito Peter. Espero tener la oportunidad de alojarme con ustedes nuevamente.

Excelente lugar, esta como a 8 minutos de la estación metro Barajas, que te conecta con toda la ciudad, el departamento estaba impecable, sin duda volvere

Our hostess was incredibly helpful! The apartment was comfortable and clean, with lots of space for all five of the people in my group! It was close to bus stops and convenience stores, which made it much easier to find what we needed! Overall, great stay!!

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Spacious, homely and in a brilliant location to explore the city - couldn’t ask for anymore. (We walked to every part of the city from the apartment) Communication was brilliant - fast responses at any time of day and really clear. To top it off they have an amazing bakery right next door serving the best pastries. If you book this apartment make sure you visit!!

Lo súper recomiendo ; fui con mi perro y una persona más y todo genial ; la atención fue muy buena ; nos apoyaron en entrar un poco antes ya que llegamos muy temprano y todo el tiempo estuvieron pendiente , nos dejaron un pay muy rico con café diario cosa que se agradece mucho , el lugar es exacto como en las fotos ; dormí muy bien sin duda volvería a quedarme 10 de 10

Hola , la experiencia a sido la primera y la valoro como muy buena , quizás si debo hacer un comentario constructivo me faltaron alguna toalla más y la habitación algo estrecha . Por lo demás genial . Rosa es una mujer muy correcta

Habitación y baño privado grande y limpio con todo lo necesario. No usé la cocina. la ubicación para mí era perfecta porque fui a hacer unos trámites. Si quieres visitar Madrid por pocos días, quizás es un poco alejado del centro. Acceso fácil e independiente. Justo lo que necesitaba. La comunicación con Manuel fue muy buena.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Exelente estadía , inmejorable ubicación en plena plaza mayor a metros de puerta del sol .zona con muchísimos restaurantes y a metros de estación de metro . Sisi muy agradable y predispuesta ante cualquier inquietud.
