Amazing Stay at Villa Pao! Villa Pao was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and has stunning views. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic for relaxing, and the location was peaceful. Our host and the caretaker was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

Awesome stay – highly recommend! Our family had a great time at this place. Super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. The host was really friendly and made everything super easy, from the endless queries Sir Mark was responsive. The bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was solid, and the space had everything we needed for a chill stay. Loved the location too super peaceful. We would definitely come back with more days of stay. Thank you!!!

I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

2nd time at this place, still a great experience! Highlights: complimentary toiletries w towel, comforter blankets, 3 t&b, complete kitchen utensils, free drinking water, up to 2 sedan indoor parking, spacious and clean place For info, around 8-9am the sunlight is directed to the indoor dining area so breakfast can be uncomfortable.

Place was really nice and can accommodate a lot people. Very spacious for other activities and location is near stores or convenience stores.

Very good stay in Monique's villa. From the beginning, communication with the host Monique was easy. She is very responsive and provides quality instructions. The modern villa and its quality amenities (equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi) were in line with the description and our expectations. Allowing us a relaxing and pleasant stay in this peaceful corner with great panoramic views. Finally, the caretaker, Kuya Jaime, was very friendly and available. I recommend this place

Our family had a great time staying at Mikaela’s Place. Feels like we are staying at one of the resort in the South. It was so close to home! Jolina the caretaker of Casa De Amena was very helpful, attentive to all our needs and made sure that all our needs were readily available. From our senior parents down to the youngest member of the family… all I see were big smiles and fun! Thank you very much!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Our family enjoyed our short holiday. The place smelled so nice when we checked-in. Soft linen, good pillows and clean towels ( which we all loved, and want to know where to purchase for ourselves. 😁) The stay came with soap, shampoo, water, and coffee which was very convenient. Easy communication with the host. Definitely worth it!

Place was amazing! The best place to do a family/friends staycation. Amazing view at the top… Super clean and the caretakers were accommodating and super helpful. We enjoyed every corner of the place. 💕 Really recommend the place 😊

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing stay! This house is absolutely perfect for families. It's very well-maintained, clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—clean and inviting. The beds were cozy, making for restful nights, and the nighttime ambiance was just lovely. Even our pets had a great time! Plus, the caretaker kuya arvin was exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place—already looking forward to coming back!

My family and I loved the place. I had to book last minute from another airbnb that we didn't like, and Cristina responded to my inquiry right away! Very spacious for a big family and I liked that extra tables and chairs were provided. The pool was a plus which was enjoyed by the kids! Christina is very responsive and took care of all my requests right away. Highly recommended.

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

You’ll find everything you need here. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. There are signs that the furniture has been used but overall, it is clean. Some spaces can be improved in order to maximize what they can offer. You don't need to worry on getting sunburns when swimming during the day as the trees will provide a shade to the pool. (Best part) Going to the place is very easy. Although you might face some challenges if you are coming from Antipolo City proper as an exclusive subdivision will not let you pass their access roads, even the food deliveries. Will be keeping this resort as one of my options when planning a staycation or parties. :)
