Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The lovely apartment for 2+2 persons on the third floor, 50 m2 , two separated rooms connected , there is the pass by the door from the first one to the second one. The first one with the queen size bed, the second one with the sofa bed in the living room , one bathroom, big kitchen well equipped with eating place, wash machine, dishes washer, sat tv, wifi, air conditioned, the large terrace with the magnificent view and facing the sea, free parking place.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
