I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. *We stayed as a couple at this wonderful guest house in last weekend and it was an amazing experience. *The place is very peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food quality was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed Breakfast. *The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the pool was well-maintained, offering a refreshing dip after a long day. * The service was excellent, with the staff always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. * We highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Negombo!

Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft, es war alles top. Hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Schöner und sauberer Pool, sowie saubere Küche und Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war super und haben auch sofort einen Flughafentransfer über ihn buchen können. Auch wenn die Unterkunft sich in einer Seitenstraße von einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet, hört man von dem Verkehr nichts. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!
