Our bright and modern one bedroom apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside! There is an abundance of leisure pursuits, fine dining and shopping on our door step! Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! We also have an electric car charging point should you wish to discuss car charging options. A few cupboards and drawers aren’t usable. Please do not open them

This stunning 18th century manor is as perfect for a romantic weekend away as it is for a family adventure. Set in a cul-de-sac at the end of a winding private road. Full of period features with large bay windows, fireplaces, sauna and large clawfoot bath. Perfect if you want to spend time in a tranquil and relaxing location. Only short away Stonehaven. Dunnottar Castle to visit etc. Come have a look at the horses and stables. Please book children under age of 4 years as infants. They stay free!

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

Secluded chalet on a quiet family farm

The chalet is a private, secluded and rustic place with plenty parking beside it for other Airbnb guests. For the colder months there is a woodburning stove with free firewood. It is situated half way between Stonehaven (10mins) and Aberdeen (20mins), there are supermarkets nearby & many tourist attractions. Ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children, cot available. Dogs accommodated (max 2), £5/night. Spacious library with piano available. Level access. Breakfast NOT provided.
