BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

In the summer swimming (Ellis Pond, Roxbury Pond) for hikers, Whitecap Mountain Preserve. The trail is great for camping and hiking! Fall foliage is a stunning spectacle. This cozy 15 year old log cabin sleeps 6 comfortable and has that log cabin and log furniture feeling and look. Situated on the slopes of Mt Abrams with very easy ski in and out. With a outdoor fireplace on large deck. This is truly your log cabin experience and sking adventure. The cabin has great views of the mountain range for viewing in Fall and Winter. it has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds, and 1 Full size bunk bed. This log cabin sits half way up Mount Abrams so you ski in and out.

Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons.
