Good location. Walkable to town about 5-10mins. Home was situated at the top of a hill with excellent views. WiFi worked great for remote work. The bed was comfy, and there was lots of cooking material. I can’t wait to visit again!

The apartment is located on Munjoy hill which is out of the hubbub but right around the corner from a great diversity of shops and good food options. It's also not a far walk to the downtown and the waterfront -- passing more interesting places. In the other direction you can walk up the hill through historic neighborhood to the Eastern Promenade for a panorama of the Casco Bay. It is a lower level apartment so it doesn't have views but it does have light and privacy. Great place and would definitely come back.

Just such a beautiful location! The room was perfect for our weekend stay with super comfy beds, lots of space, nice kitchen area. Staying here is a great home base for exploring the area! Unique place to stay unlike any place we’ve stayed before! The views are breathtaking!

Perfect space for 2! The directions from Google Maps led us right to the cabin and we had a beautiful view overlooking the bay. Quiet neighbors. A short drive to downtown Boothbay! The tub was a little small and felt weird with the shower curtain touching but makes sense with the close quarters. Would stay here again!

My family of four and a dog had a great 3-day stay here just before new years, with lots of hiking and relaxing.

We had an excellent stay! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a 2 person or 2 couple accommodation. Lisa was a great host. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location on Peaks. It's highly enjoyable to watch the activity in the bay, including the coming and going of ferries, but the unit still feels incredibly private and removed. What a great combination! Heather was very communicative and answered any questions we had right away. We also really appreciated her flexibility with our arrival and departure. Overall: terrific apartment and terrific host. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed at this great little house while in working in the area. It was comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again if I am back in the area.

We traveled to Maine for the week with our family so my partner could work. It was simple and cozy. Perfect for a simple home away from home while my partner was out working. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. Thankfully the weather was nice the majority of our stay and we were able to walk the neighborhood and go to the playground at the end of the street.

We stayed here for the Fourth of July, the house was homey and stocked with some goodies when we got there! Every room was clean, there was music playing and menthol essential oil misting when we walked in which was so welcoming. Feras checked in multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. The house is right on the water, 2 minutes from a pub and the marina that has a cafe Fire wood was left for us to have a fire each night which was so thoughtful! We will absolutely be booking through Feras and his beautiful homes again and again! Highly, highly recommend!!

House was spacious and nice. Floors were kind of dirty, but bathrooms were clean.

Live locally but needed love to stay while house under repair. Perfect spot, clean, simple, great view. Would stay again and certainly recommend.

Beautiful secluded place with amazing views. There is water access, although may be hard for some to get to, as it is steep. We had a great time and would like to come back again soon!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this charming lake house. We paddle boarded and swam in the lake. The house had everything we needed. The ceilings are low in a few areas; my husband is 6’3’’ and had to make sure to duck under the beams. But we had a great time and the hosts were very kind to leave us snacks for our stay.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! James kept me informed, gave easy-to-find directions and was very friendly! The house is immaculate! We needed help with the generator at one point, so we called the woman on the contact list and she was there to help in less than 20 mins. Very peaceful and lovely surroundings! :)
