An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

Есть две спальни,1 ванная комната, кухня-студия, гостиная. Имеет собственный красивый огороженный сад. В доме могут разместиться максимум 5 человек.

Сдаётся домик для отдыха целиком. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания на любой срок. Всё оборудование и спальные места (матрасы и бельё) новые. Есть интернет, телевизор со спутниковым ТВ (каналы разных стран). Рядом красивый сад и площадка для отдыха на улице. На территории есть бесплатная парковка. До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).

House is located in a 800sq.m garden with private entrance and parking. located in the center of Kobuleti a street away from main thoroughfare and 4 min ( by walk) from the beach & boulvard.
