A lovely apartment with an extra bedroom near the main elevator. There was also a table inside, which was great for working, very clean and the host is responsive. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! We stayed in Apartment #2. It is very meticulously taken care of. Full kitchen with large fridge/freezer combo, microwave. The washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful! Bathrooms were pristine. Central location literally 2 minute walk to East gate (Tha Phae Gate). They had umbrellas which we used since it was 98 degrees while we were here (such a perk to have even for monsoon season)! We plan to come back, and we’ll definitely stay here again once we return. It’s rated 5-Stars and top 10% Airbnb awards for a reason! Central location makes everything walkable!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described, clean and cozy.The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest after a long day. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local shops. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

I booked this about midnight before checkin due to another Airbnb not working out. The host quickly accepted and responded to my questions. I was allowed to check in slightly before the indicated time. The place was clean and looks like the pictures, if not better. I appreciated the place also had necessary things stocked and available to use (soap, toilet paper, detergent, trash bags etc.) The 2 in 1 washer/dryer actually dried my clothes. Nothing the host can control…but the noise from the cicadas is loud and can be faintly heard from inside. It can be overwhelming when you leave if you don’t know what it is. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend this place.

Rita’s Place in the Base-Height Condominium in Chiang Mai is a well-rounded gem. The friendly host is very responsive, and weekly cleaning is reliably done. The building boasts convenient amenities including a 7-Eleven, a coffee shop, and even a delivery room for Grab food orders—all accessible without hassle. Inside, fast internet and a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps keep you entertained. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop garden terrace offers pleasant views for relaxation. The location is a standout: it’s much easier to catch a Grab to Nimmanhemin or the Old Town compared to nearby condos (Supalai Monte, Supalai Monte 2, or CPN Escent), as you simply turn left without needing a U-turn or waiting at the congested intersection. Plus, Central Festival is within walking distance. Modern touches like face scan entry, efficient AC, and a Xiaomi air purifier (essential during the burning season) make this a top pick.

a little bit pricey, but worth it with great location. highly recommended with motorcycle. you can go tanin market, tops chotana supermarket and maya in 10 minutes with motorcycle.

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Not the end of the world but we had arrived after a really long travel day so would have been nice to get into a cosy bed. Great location with shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The traffic gets really bad in the area, so if you’re wanting to get a taxi anywhere just be mindful that it will take longer than you think. Overall fab stay!

房东很贴心 回复很及时 房源位于宁曼路Maya旁边走路1分钟的位置 附近吃喝逛街喝咖啡都很方便 唯一唯一不好的点就是会有飞机噪音 但是在我入住了两天之后 很明显我已经适应了这个声音 所以后面几天都睡的很好 如果有对声音敏感的人 建议自备耳塞。总之 是一次不错的入住体验！
