院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. 清迈泳池别墅里性价比最高的了. 位置超级好. 不像别的别墅区远离城市. 这里出门就是餐厅和超市. 别墅区的人很安静不会吵. 晚上睡觉非常舒服. 如果想度假的朋友可以来. 去宁曼路大概十五分钟. 去塔佩门十分钟.去尚泰十分钟.最大的商场. 在一个特别中心的区域.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Mi experiencia en esta casa ha sido inmejorable. La vivienda es preciosa, muy cuidada en cada detalle, y la piscina privada la convierte en un auténtico pequeño paraíso donde desconectar. La ubicación también es fantástica, cerca de todo lo necesario pero a la vez en una zona tranquila donde se respira paz. Además, la propietaria ha sido maravillosa en todo momento, muy atenta y amable, lo que ha hecho que la estancia fuera aún más especial. Sinceramente, creo que merece muchísimo la pena el precio pagado por todo lo que ofrece. Sin duda, repetiría. 100% recomendable.

清迈一行十天，选择在这边住了此次行程最后两晚，宁静而惬意。我们一行10人在这个美好的别墅度过除夕夜和大年初一，竟然还看到了春晚，分外惊喜。整个别墅阳光充足、干净整洁、规划合理、设施一应俱全。我们四个家庭白天在一起聊天喝茶、画画写生、烹制食物，晚上每个家庭各自占据一个屋子休息相互不影响。房东从我预定成功那一刻就开始各种温馨提示，并严谨的确认每个细节，期间来自我们的各种提问都及时耐心回复。这里配有一个泰国本地的保姆，语言上虽有些障碍但朴实可爱，蹬着自行车为我们买来早餐食材，哈哈感动。小区外的有机餐厅是惊喜，分量大得惊人，正餐和饮料都好吃到不行，价格也不贵，同时能享受到好的食材和味道，真是美好～值得一去再去。负责送机的泰国司机每次都会一再确认行程，并提前将近半个小时就到别墅门口等候，让人信赖不已。小区离古城略远，如果白天想出去热闹的地方荡，需要提前约好车，仅此一点需要注意。

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The interior is really lovely. Everything I needed was there. It was super clean, the bed is comfy, a good amount of space. Great view of the city. I’ll stay here again!

Nous sommes un couple de Français et avons passé un peu plus de deux semaines dans ce logement, et tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos, et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est top avec une super piscine pour se détendre et surtout une véritable salle de sport ! Contrairement à beaucoup d’Airbnb qui mentionnent une salle de sport sans équipements sérieux, ici, on a des haltères jusqu’à 25 kg, plusieurs bancs de développé couché, un rack à squat… Bref, de quoi vraiment s’entraîner correctement. Autre gros point fort : l’emplacement. Il y a un mall moderne juste à côté avec un food court, parfait pour manger varié et facilement. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Chiang Mai, n’hésitez pas, c’est ici qu’il faut venir ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter.
