We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

Some reviews of this place complained about the long (20 min) road up the mountain to access the location. I disagree with these people. I think the road leading up to the airbnb is absolutely stunning, well maintained, and was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Riding up and down that road everyday with those incredible jungle and mountain views was great. It is paved all the way, with only minor pot holes - so you can definitely do it with a scooter. I'd recommend 150cc or more because parts are quite steep. The airbnb itself in located on a resort-like place with many buildings. The rooms were spotless. Obviously, communication was a little bit of an issue - but I would not expect people in Thailand to speak English, as we are visitors in their country. The staff were great and we always managed to find a way to communicate. They took good care of us. When I came, during April, it place was basically empty, which was nice. Burning season" is low season I guess.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

Beautiful space right in the shadow of the mountain. We changed our booking dates last minute and Pearl was happy to accommodate. Would stay again!

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

The apartment was very well located, lots of really good restaurants and bars nearby, if you stay there you have to check out the garage cafe, it has the best Pham Thai in town.

Me and my friend loved our stay here - the location is beautiful - so peaceful - a short walk out of the centre of Pai so feels very calm. The hut was super spacious - loved the big bathroom! The pictures on here don’t do it justice in my opinion. The host was also extremely helpful, organising and booking taxis for me and my friend to attractions around Pai. Definitely recommend staying here!

Nous avons réservé la cabane dans les arbres. Expérience incroyable que de dormir dehors à l’écoute des animaux, dans un environnement chic et protégé. Il n’y a pas de restaurant ni de petit déjeuner. Mais Kiki laisse de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner rapide. Elle est adorable, très réactive et a tout fait pour que nous puissions passer un super séjour. L’ensemble de la propriété est au milieu de la nature, à quelques kilomètres de Paï, pour des moments paisibles (très appréciés) dans une nature luxuriante. Il y a cinq adorables chiens. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et l’accueil de Kiki a vraiment été attentionné, elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils (restaurants, massage…). Nous reviendrons avec joie pour elle et ce beau lieu !

Our stay was truly amazing. According to my husband, it's the closest he came to a stay at Jurassic Park :-) The cabin is supercute, with a beautiful view. We liked the many little details that made us feel welcome from our first step on the porch. The provided coffee was delicious! We admit, we didn't carefully read the description (oops) so we had to find out that the regular stores are quite far - you better bring your stuff if you want to cook your own food - but! there are multiple options to eat out (or order) closeby in the mountain. From sundown there was a gentle breeze that rolled down the mountain, lovely to sit outside and relax. We also got to see wildlife up close. You're right inside the coffee plantation so you will have some people driving by, offering you their biggest smiles! Be careful on the way up and down tho :-)

Super liebe Gastgeberin hat uns gleich in Ihrem Kaffee ein Willkommensgetränk gemacht. Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet rustikal und für die Region normal. Pai ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die ersten Meter an der Straße (Achtung bei Nacht). Sonst sehr einfach. Ausblick ist gigantisch und es gibt sehr leckere Getränke und essen im Kaffee. Wir können es ganz klar weiterempfehlen!

super liebe Menschen! super schöne Unterkunft :) Es ist ein kleiner Fußweg in die Innenstadt aber man kann sich auch hervorragend einen Roller mieten. Kommunikation war meistens top, nur als wir verlängern wollten, haben wir recht lange auf eine Antwort gewartet - es hat aber geklappt und das ist die Hauptsache. würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
