House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s house for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Tim was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The house was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s well cared for. The beds were all super comfortable, making it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after our adventures. The location was perfect—just a short, convenient drive to the casino, which made our weekend plans effortless. If you’re considering booking this home, do it! It’s spacious, clean, and in a prime location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. Pretty and comfy home, the pool area and landscaping backyard is so peaceful and tastefully done. I loved the little bird feeders on the kitchen window and the sweet little birds flitting about. The home has such a nice vibe throughout. Cheryl is very friendly and outgoing and has wonderful recommendations for the area. This was super helpful as the area is new area us.

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

The location is great, just steps from the falls and within 10 minutes ride to town center and restaurants. The backyard of the property is amazing, pool, views, treehouse, swings, take a walk around the nicely landscaped 6 acre backyard, it has everything I could ask for. Paul is super friendly, very patient and provided us a lot of useful information during our stay. The main house is a little old and outdated but fully functional. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Manilas! Marchelle's place is absolutely AMAZING! The location and the property is so beautiful! Everything at the home is so clean, and it is so warm and inviting! Our family had a wonderful gathering this weekend! I could NOT have picked a more perfect place for us to stay with our recent visit!!! Marchelle was exceptional with her communication and information to make it an easy in and out stay! She went above and beyond with her communication and reaching out to welcome us into her wonderful home! Thank you so much! We will DEFINITELY stay here again with our return to the Syracuse area! I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eridania's Airbnb, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to local attractions and restaurants. Eridania was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Utica.

Super clean and great for 4 people. We were able to walk to a few restaurants, a 10 min drive to downtown. We were comfortable staying in Luisa’s place. She was fast with responses to our requests.

We stayed for a weekend with 4 families of 4 (8 adults, 8 kids) and had a great time in the space. Plenty of common area to hang out, and enough bedrooms. Beautiful view of the lake. Would love to stay here and reconnect with friends again!

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. My only note, and this is nothing against the host, but the neighborhood was not really quiet. Some really loud kids yelling, screaming, ect around. Not a big deal really for us, but if you need some quiet during the day its something to note.

Samir’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. We were close to our event location, and the house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of parking, easy self check in, and effortless check out. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

Comfortable, clean three bedroom place with space to hang out and the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable and Erica left treats and nice products for use. She was friendly, professional and responsive. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we are in the area.

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

This cottage is awesome-such a classic! You are truly surrounded by water on three sides. It is quiet and private. We spent most of our time on the enclosed wrap-around porch; the place is a gem!

Randi is very easy to communicate with - she is super responsive and friendly. The house is close to Colgate- made running back and forth very easy. The house is peaceful, really well stocked with all your kitchen needs plus plenty of towels etc., all very clean, comfortable, neat and uncluttered, and in such a lovely setting, right on the lake. Highly recommend!

The home was super cute, clean, and comfortable and looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Kristina was a responsive host.

Evan was super responsive and accommodating! The guest house was very nice - comfortable, easy to access, squeaky clean, with quiet, natural surroundings. Had everything we needed and was convenient to Hamilton. Perfect for our Colgate football weekend! Would highly recommend to others!

Andrea is a great host. The place was just as advertised. Our stay was over winter, which inevitably means snow in Erieville. It was great arriving to find the drive plowed, the walkway and stairs shoveled, and the heat on! It is an excellent location for peaceful lake views and walks around the lake (even in winter). Andrea provides clear instructions in the home regarding checkout expectations and the operation of all amenities.

With this being our second visit at Richards, we were very happy with our experience once again. Would recommend to any larger groups looking for a great place to stay in Clinton!
