Brenda's place is very clean and comfortable. There is a decent amount of highway noise if the windows are open from the rear of the apartment, but the front isn't bad. Blackout curtains on the windows are a big plus, as is the non-memory foam bed. Well appointed with laundry and a full-size kitchen. Brenda was responsive and flexible and gave me a partial refund when I got sick and had to end my trip early.

This was our 3rd stay and has become our go to spot when need a place in Marshall area as our home is being built. Everything is new and the apt is well appointed. Great location away from the city. Have no reservation recommending it.

Beautiful! Peaceful! Calming! We loved staying there! Nature and a special stillness was felt throughout. We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. Time here allowed us to reconnect as well as self-reflect. We are planning to go back really soon!

We stayed here for my daughters, acrobatics and tumbling meet at Mars Hill University . We loved this little home away from home. It was cozy and so comfortable and very close to the campus. Candace was extremely responsive and very flexible with us with our checkout times I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean & Denise provided a lot of amenities during our stay. She was so lovely, helpful, hospitable & overall an amazing host! I highly recommend this peaceful & beautiful place.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location is very safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. There are plenty of nearby activities, from nature walks to great local spots to eat. The place was fully equipped with everything—from kitchen supplies to extra towels—so I never missed a thing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

What a great stay!! Everything you needed was there coupled with a million dollar view. Bobby is on the money with instructions of the place and what to do . Loved it and will be back !!!!!

A pristine home in an amazing private community. Full equipped with kitchen, bath, and extras. Always great recommendations and responsive to questions. Highly recommend for families that enjoy nature and privacy.

This is a very cute and quiet place right on the river and very welcoming after a long day of hurricane clean up and volunteer work. Check in was very easy with a coded door lock. The entire place is very artsy and inviting. The fireplace was very cozy during the unusual cold spell. This property was well cleaned up but the road leading up still has a long way to go towards being cleared and multiple houses have damage and contents outside of the home. This beautiful area of Marshall was sadly quite damaged by the river surge. This should NOT dissuade anyone from staying here- once you pass that point, Billy’s place is wonderful, clean and you’ll enjoy the sounds of the river and the waterfowl passing by. We were honored to help the residents of WNC and plan to return in the future. We hope to see Marshall return to its former charm one day.

This was the best experience! When my gps was acting up the host responded right away with great directions. The house was beautiful and if you forgot anything, it was provided down to the toiletries. Everything was clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend Hidden Gem to anyone visiting the Asheville area!

What a delightful place! We had a girls weekend and tucked in to this beautiful home. There were seven of us, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the beds were super cozy, and we loved the back deck, hot tub, and stream. We’re making plans to bring our families back in the summer. Hot Springs is such a special place!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family! It was the nicest place we’ve stayed in the area! We look forward to staying there again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Yadira’s place! The property was beautifully landscaped, and we especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit making s'mores at night—they even had logs thoughtfully set up nearby. The outdoor area was clean and inviting. Inside, the home was styled beautifully and had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Our stay at Stephanie’s place, Bear’s Den, was wonderful!! It was beautiful, very clean, and so peaceful. Being in a gated community gave us that extra sense of security. Stephanie was a great host and there were many nice extras. A lint roller, walking sticks, and a picnic basket to name a few. The bed was comfortable and we felt at home in the cozy space. Extra blankets, an easy to use fireplace, and provided coffee were so nice on the chilly mornings. We enjoyed the views of the sunrise and the colors of the evening skies during our stay. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

That view sure doesn't disappoint! The location was outstanding and the condo a perfect spot for a ski vacation at Hatley Pointe. I recommend visiting the resort or at least eat at Smoke & Timber. Sabrina was super responsive to all the messages to troubleshoot issues with appliances and what not. Love how they remodeled the condo. I actually kinda wished it was on the 2nd floor as the upstairs folks were pretty noisy coming in and out. Sounded as if they walked in wearing their ski boots, but was quiet other than that. So many deer in the neighborhood wearing their cute, fuzzy winter coats but easy to get in and out from the interstate. Will definitely return for family get-togethers in the area as the Appalachian trail is one of my bucket list items. What a great area.

Beautiful views and great house for a weekend getaway. Little far from town but worth it for the serenity.

Daniel and his wife were very helpful during our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing! We enjoyed a hike to Big Bald and a meal at Timber and Smoke. This is definitely a new favorite!

Daniel was great from the start. The condo was clean, convenient to our hike on the AT for 2 days, quiet, and beautiful. We saw deer both days from the deck, experienced an epic sunrise while sipping our coffee in our pjs by the cozy fire, and Daniel was a quick text away if we had a question about anything. The king size bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and he had several fuzzy-soft throw blankets by the bed and sofa, which made for a homey feel. We can't say enough good things about our experience there or with Daniel. Happy trails!
