Great cabin in Wolf Laurel. Home is just about a 5-7min drive to Hatley Pointe. We have stayed in multiple places in the neighborhood and this one does have easy access via gravel road. Gentle sloped driveway and alternate parking area if you use the neighbors drive. Home has lots of space. Great layout. Master bedroom bed is quite uncomfortable we ended up sleeping in the downstairs king bed. Kitchen is stocked, lots of personal belongings throughout. Reminded me of some of the Europe Airbnb’s we stayed at. Stairs to the basement/downstairs are sketchy at best. Our 4 yo actually fell down them from almost the top. One recommendation is if you have a wood burning fireplace, you should supply wood.

Loved the house , especially the pool. Kelly was very responsive to communications , quickly supplied replacement remote control batteries. Just a cery short walk to cafes , restaurants and bars. Lovely park 5 minutes away in the centre of Weaverville . All the big stores like Walmart/Ingles etc and restaurant chains only a few minutes away.

Beautiful home in rural area which was peaceful. The morning sunrise over the mountain terrain was spectacular. The local store nearby (Wolf Provisions General Store) had great sandwiches.

second time at Daniel's 100+ year old cabin. easy access to hiking on Appalachian trail and the view cannot be described as other than breathtaking. very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful home with beautiful views

Stayed here for two nights while visiting the area from the midwest. The barndo is very secluded and private. The lane to get to it was very bumpy and winding, but was a fun adventure. The minivan we rented made the trek just fine. The space was very clean. To truly enjoy the views of the mountains, a short walk up the hill is all takes. We were greeted by turkeys one morning and a family of deer the next. The handout provided and Kimsey's messages were extremely helpful!

Views, Views , Views!!!!! We loved everything about Sunset Dream. Great hiking on the AT to Bald, Virginia Creeper Trail, Linville Falls Winery and that deck! Didn't want to leave. Already looking to return. Thank You for the experience and letting us stay in your beautiful mountain retreat.

Our stay at Stephanie’s place, Bear’s Den, was wonderful!! It was beautiful, very clean, and so peaceful. Being in a gated community gave us that extra sense of security. Stephanie was a great host and there were many nice extras. A lint roller, walking sticks, and a picnic basket to name a few. The bed was comfortable and we felt at home in the cozy space. Extra blankets, an easy to use fireplace, and provided coffee were so nice on the chilly mornings. We enjoyed the views of the sunrise and the colors of the evening skies during our stay. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

A truly exceptional Air BnB, the best we have ever stayed in. The views across the Smokey Mountains are incredible and it was great to meet Stephanie and have a lovely chat, thank you :-)

That view sure doesn't disappoint! The location was outstanding and the condo a perfect spot for a ski vacation at Hatley Pointe. I recommend visiting the resort or at least eat at Smoke & Timber. Sabrina was super responsive to all the messages to troubleshoot issues with appliances and what not. Love how they remodeled the condo. I actually kinda wished it was on the 2nd floor as the upstairs folks were pretty noisy coming in and out. Sounded as if they walked in wearing their ski boots, but was quiet other than that. So many deer in the neighborhood wearing their cute, fuzzy winter coats but easy to get in and out from the interstate. Will definitely return for family get-togethers in the area as the Appalachian trail is one of my bucket list items. What a great area.

Daniel was great from the start. The condo was clean, convenient to our hike on the AT for 2 days, quiet, and beautiful. We saw deer both days from the deck, experienced an epic sunrise while sipping our coffee in our pjs by the cozy fire, and Daniel was a quick text away if we had a question about anything. The king size bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and he had several fuzzy-soft throw blankets by the bed and sofa, which made for a homey feel. We can't say enough good things about our experience there or with Daniel. Happy trails!
