We stay in Athens 8-10 times a year. This location was close to town and campus. The place was very well kept and clean. The Host had very exact instructions that were easy to comprehend. She communicated great! We were very pleased with our overall experience. This is a great place to stay.

When visiting family in the area, we like to stay in Normaltown because of the easy accessibility to restaurants and parks. If you are looking to stay in Athens this place has a great location and really comfortable floorplan for a family. We enjoyed the comfortable great room with large couches. We found the bathrooms were spacious and really nicely updated compared to others houses we've rented in this area in the past. Parking was easy and plentiful. Would book again!

This was our second time staying there and already planning another trip. The house is is in the country but also within 20 minutes of great shopping. We can’t wait til we can go back

Perfect area to stay for a Georgia game. House was extremely clean and it made for a perfect girls weekend. Will plan to stay again at this location. Highly recommend.

A few hooks added to the bathrooms for towels would be great!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and cozy place. It had everything we needed, and the host (Rachel) made a lot of nice touches before our arrival that made us feel welcomed and right at home. In addition, our dog loved being able to run and stretch his legs in the back yard!

A friend group of 8 stayed for 3 nights in this Airbnb for a veterinary school reunion, and it was the perfect accommodation for friends who wanted to have more time with each other while also not bunking up together. The inside and outside spaces were perfect and comfortable., and a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. Priscilla was very communicative and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She also proactively checked in to see how things were after our first night there and had sent restaurant recommendations to us ahead of check-in. Walkable to Mama’s Boy, which has been a long time favorite of ours, to downtown Athens, and to the Greenway. Uber was cheap and easy, too. We would definitely stay again if available next time we are back in Athens.

My family and I loved this little cottage! Great location! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Family & pet friendly, but also very close to campus and downtown Athens. We loved the fenced in yard area & we used the grill for dinner. Meagan was friendly & very responsive when we had questions. This was a perfect location for us to tour the UGA campus with our high school aged son. We will definitely be back in the future.

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Alys’s place was perfect for my trip and was exactly as described. She was a great host and communicated well. It was in a quiet area with walking trails in the back yard and convenient to get anywhere in town. I highly recommend!

Wally is a gem! Not only is he the most courteous and helpful host, he has a wealth of history in his place. I enjoyed his book collection and seeing his photos from his time in the Navy. I feel like I know him personally now. Thank you for a great stay and than you for your service, Wally!

We had an amazing stay. The place was so cute and in such a good neighborhood. Check in was so easy and all instructions were clear. Very clean and comfy. Will definitely be coming back here for our next trip!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was SO cozy and clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (and more!) beds were super comfy and our dog loved the fenced in area. And it was so nice not to have to walk her on chilly mornings and evenings! We were in town to visit family in Athens and it was a short and scenic drive. The couch was HUGE and our daughter slept comfortably on it. The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved cooking breakfast in it (with included eggs and milk!) The place was stocked with dog toys and a blanket for the pup to use on the couch. We would absolutely stay again! We watched deer in the AM and PM and it was so peaceful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The most dog friendly Airbnb EVER!!

Such a gem! So glad I found this spot. The Adirondack chairs outside the door were so peaceful to sit in while listening to the river and the birds. The studio has high ceilings which makes it feel cozy but spacious.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here at Atticus’s property. From the clear directions, to the detailed instructions on how to unlock the door, to the meticulously clean interior, the VERY comfortable bed and even the unexpected snacks and beverages left for us on the kitchen counter and table. The home was stocked with PLENTY of bath towels, extra blankets, and bathroom and shower supplies. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and all cabinets and drawers were detail labeled to make finding something you need super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a “safe feel” and we were less than 5 minutes from the 10 Loop, and 10 minutes from campus, while Epps Bridge restaurants and retail shops were less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to not let the idea of a “basement apartment” be a concern… it was an exceptional stay and nothing about it felt like a “basement”. 110% chance we will stay here again when we come to visit Athens! Go Dawgs!

Great stay at Spencer and Amy's cabin in the woods. Upon arrival we met co-host Kevin, who was outside refurbishing a rustic "hunting/man-cave" shed. Great co-host who was engaging and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. Over the next few days we saw Kevin multiple times and engaged in some lively conversations. The cabin was as described and Tammy and I felt right at home. The cabin provided us all the necessities, ample linen and towels for our stay. We picked-up all our foodstuffs at the local Public market and grilled on the barbecue every night after our full days of attending the races at Road Atlanta. Communications was effective and Spencer and Amy were very forthcoming in ensuring we knew that any and all situations/concerns would be immediately addressed. This property was exactly what Tammy and I strive to find when we're away on our vacation trips; peaceful, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
