The place is located 5 min. walk from the ocean & the promenade, 15 min to the center & shops, 30 min. drive to Funchal, 40 min. to the Airport.

Este alojamento é perfeito para viagens a dois. Tranquilo e silencioso para férias relaxantes. Com o sol a nascer da montanha e a pôr-se sobre o mar, com vistas privilegiadas para os montes e vales até ao mar. Na aldeia pode caminhar por Levadas ou pelos 2 trilhos até ao mar (Jardim do Mar ou Paul do Mar. De carro, em 10’, tem a praia da Calheta, Jardim do Mar ou Paul do Mar. A 30’ o Paul da Serra, o Fanal onde pode deslumbrar se com a paisagem a flora, e os percursos pedestres.

O estúdio tem cozinha e wc privados e um pequeno alpendre onde poderá descansar e jantar ao ar livre à luz das velas . A casa possui um jardim florido, uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agro-tóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não possuímos sistema de aquecimento no quarto. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.

Résidencia Jesus - Loft Apartment

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana, close to restaurants and a bakery. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). If you require the second room an extra charge of 25€ per night. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

É constituído por uma sala comum espaçosa; uma cozinha funcional; uma ampla varanda; um quarto e uma casa de banho, com diversas janelas em todos os espaços. O piso superior com uma vista panorâmica de 360º, integra um espaço com uma mesa de trabalho ; um grande quarto e respetiva casa de banho. O estilo é moderno, alegre e com sabor a mar.

Vera Downtown é um espaçoso apartamento com um quarto de dormir, uma casa de banho, cozinha e uma ampla sala de estar com vista para um pátio interior. A ampla sala dispõe de um confortável sofá cama ideal para um casal com filhos. Mobilada e equipada, oferece todo o conforto no coração da cidade do Funchal, com acesso fácil a pé a tudo o que a cidade do Funchal tem para oferecer.

Dany’s loft is a project concluded in October 2018 and is fully equipped and ready to welcome the our guests. This cozy and minimalistic space is part of Dany’s house but it has an independent entrance to give all the privacy expected. With approximately 100 square meters this ample space allows you to enjoy sea and mountain views.
