Padroni di casa estremamnte gentili e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare per cose pratiche,quali parcheggio,raccolta rifiuti..l 'alloggio pulitissimo, con messa a disposizione abbondante di lenzuola,asciugamani,anche da mare,dotato di pentole ed utensili in abbondanza.L'appartamento dispone di due ingressi,un terrazzino dove si puo passare piacevolmente il proprio tempo,la posizione fantastica ,una delle piu gettonate nell'isola,sopra Cala Gavetta,un porticciolo che è una vera chicca ad un passo dal centro storico.Per tornare ci metterei la firma.

Daniele weiss es Gäste zu empfangen, ihnen dass Gefühl zu geben willkommen zu sein. Eine top ausgestattete, äusserst saubere und komfortable Unterkunft. Viele Plus, wie Tee, Kaffee, Süssigkeitenschale… Absolut empfehlenswert.

Giovanni a été très gentil et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement. Le logement est très agréable, au calme avec une magnifique vue. En plus nous avions 4 chats pour nous tenir compagnies! Encore merci pour l’accueil. Sarah et Alice

vraiment très proche de l'aéroport. 5mn à pied. Sans pour autant être derangé par le bruit. Commerces accessibles à pied également. C'était parfait pour notre dernier jour en Sardaigne.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due per una vacanza mordi e fuggi di pochi giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se c’è differenza, l’appartamento è ancor meglio di quanto appaia nelle foto. È funzionale, dotato di tutto quanto il necessario per le più comuni esigenze e anche di più, pulitissimo e silenzioso. Si trova a pochissima distanza dal centro di S.Teresa G. (cinque minuti a piedi) in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Mariangela è una host fantastica: gentile, precisa, attenta, molto disponibile e con eccellente discrezione. Ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio anche di fronte a un piccolo imprevisto che abbiamo voluto risolvere in prima persona malgrado ci avesse calorosamente esonerato dal farlo. Grazie, Mariangela! L’abbiamo apprezzato molto e contiamo di ritornare presto a trovarti!

Realmente volvería a contratar esta casa, sin dudarlo. Es muy amplia, cómoda para la cantidad de personas ( 8). Super bien ubicada, a 30 metros de la playa y a 200 metros aproximadamente del pueblo. La vista es un sueño, desde cualquier ambiente de la casa, sobre todo desde la terraza donde pasamos gran parte del tiempo. Pasamos 7 días inolvidables en familia. La cocina super bien equipada La atención de Matteo fue espectacular, siempre dispuesto a responder rápidamente nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Nos colocaron reposeras y sillas nuevas de jardín, pedí un secador de pelo y me lo entregaron el mismo día. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Matteo, realmente un gran anfitrión. Espero volver a ese lugar paradisíaco.

La nostra estada no podria haver sigut millor. L’apartament era molt acollidor i en un poble amb molt d’encant i tranquil. Pero sobretot volem destacar el bon tracte amb l’amfitriona, ens va ajudar devant de problemes i va ser flexible en tot moment, aixi com la comunicació amb ella sempre era ràpida i clara!! Recomanariem aquest apartament a qualsevol que vulgui venir ala illa! Moltes gràcies !!!

La casa de Sole es aún más hermosa de lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba impecable cuando llegamos y fue lindo encontrar agua y algunas cosas dulces que nos recibieron luego del largo viaje, La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer costa esmeralda en auto y playas hermosas y de fácil acceso están muy cerca, Tiendas de todo tipo están a 3 minutos en coche Todo estaba impecable! Gracias por recibirnos!

Das Airbnb von Michela ist fantastisch. Die Unterkunft ist vollständig ausgestattet, super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr modern gestaltet. Zudem befinden sich im Garten mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, die den Garten zu einer Wohlfühloase werden lassen. Michela ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr hilfsbereit ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Four of us stayed by Gabriele over New Year's Eve to go bouldering in the surrounding area. We we're in the Apartment for 6 days. All the bouldering areas in the neighbourhood were easy to reach with a 5-30 minute drive. There were also 2 small but beautiful areas within walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people and was completely adequate. As we always cooked a lot in the evenings but didn't have enough chopping boards, Gabriele quickly got us another one. He got in touch proactively and also gave us tips for free concerts. The flat was tip top, we would love to come back!

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist ein Traum, es war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Marta und Stefania, die Person, die beim Check-In vor Ort ist, sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir aufgrund eines Missgeschicks unsere Autoschlüssel verloren haben, haben die beiden uns jegliche Hilfe angeboten und die Tage ohne Autoschlüssel deutlich vereinfacht. Ich freue mich nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit. 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Cecilias Wohnung. Alles war perfekt: die Lage (nur 1 Minute zum Strand), die Wohnung war groß und liebevoll eingerichtet, Cecilia war schnell zu erreichen und ihr Papa war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vor Ort! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und alles war super! Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit Kinder her kommt. Wir möchten von Herzen jedem dieses Apartment empfehlen und wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Tauend Dank für alles ! ♥️
