We are less than a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches and golf courses that surround us. Within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre and all its amenities and only a 10 minute drive to local golf courses and beaches. There is plenty of space for parking on the street outside the building. Access is flexible as there is a keybox situated at the front door.
