Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

It was a nice stay with my friends. The owner’s mom was very nice to and treat us lunch after we check out. They made sure to provide everything we need. Place really feels like homey

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

The hosts still warmly accomodate us even though we checked in late. Properly explained the rules and tour us of the place. The place was very nice too! And very near to the wedding venue we attended. Thank you so much po! 🥺

Our family had a great time! The beach is awesome! not a lot of pics in the listing but we loved it! Pristine and clear water! we saw lot of fishes even just few steps away from the shore. Magic and his family are great hosts. They are super responsive, friendly and helpful as well as Kuya Edison. we felt welcomed during our stay. We really loved the place! it is well decorated and well maintained. Hotel quality bed, cold aircon, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the pool too! if it's not NYE, we'll definitely extend our stay.. Looking forward to staying here again. We highly recommend this place!

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

We booked this place few hours before we reached Batangas and Rona was super nice and helpful! we got in Batangas a little earlier thank check in time and they were very accomodating 💗 Will surely book again!.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb with our friends. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play. With a total of three indoor showers and two outdoor ones, we had no issues with bathroom availability. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the convenience of having several sari-sari stores nearby for any last-minute essentials. A special mention goes to Sir Rex, the caretaker, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Airbnb host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay without any extra charges. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back!

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

It was a very pleasant experience. Staying at the accomodation is comforting, relaxing and healing! The view and the vibe is very homey. The sunset view is perfection! Everything was worth it. I’m veey rhankful I have found this gem at airbnb, Sir Patrick was accomodating and easy to talk to. Our transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Wishing to come back here again. In addition, the sea! The accomodation is right in front of the shore with a beautiful crystal clear ocean. Our snorkeling experience was superb! There’s a lot of fishes even in the shallow area only and there’s a lot in the deeper parts. Also, they have some life vest and snorkeling gears there that you can borrow for free if you didn’t bring any. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

we had a great time during our stay, the unit is a few walk to the beach, passing by the lagoon. there is no internet in the room, sa country club lang..mahina din signal ng mobile data kaya lakad ka na lang sa country club or shuttle free naman yung wifi..may coffee shop, and may resto..ok magluto sa unit but ok din if mag dine in sa resto worth naman yung price ng group meals.

We had a great stay in her place. The condo unit is clean and tidy. The unit is also near from the beach. The only problem is that some sockets are not working, but overall it was a nice stay and I will still recommend this place ☺️
