Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Barmoffity Shepherd's Hut

Our off-grid Shepherd's Hut offers a peaceful retreat on the edge of a working farm. Set on the banks of Loch Patrick in SW Scotland, our shepherds hut sleeps two, has a wood burning stove and beautiful views. Our eco-friendly hut offers an opportunity to completely switch off and enjoy a slower pace of life. Enjoy watching the sunrise from the decking, star gazing at the fire pit or while away the days watching the wildlife, you will not be disappointed by the tranquillity of our location.

Converted Stables - Scenic 'Courtyard Cottage'

'Courtyard Cottage' is situated in a courtyard - previously stables and tastefully converted to a high standard. Easy driving distance of the A74(M), with good rail & bus links. The cottage provides the ideal base to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the area. Plenty of lovely walks, sailing, fishing, wild life and great night skies. Perfect to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the many attractions and scenery. parking is available.

Criffel Glen

A superb two storey house converted from a traditional farm building to an exceptionally high standard and located on Airdrie Farm, a private and secluded position with its own enclosed garden. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard the house provides superb accommodation in this wonderful area. There are uninterrupted views across the farm over the Solway to the Lakeland Hills, best enjoyed from the hot tub. Wheelchair access to both the front and rear entrances.

Old Tea Rooms

This pretty cottage was once used as a Tearoom on what was then a strawberry picking farm. Set within 30 acres of beautiful pastoral farmland this quirky conversion is a peaceful rural retreat, but is ideally located for all that the region has to offer. A stones throw from some of Scotland’s finest unspoiled and quiet beaches and within driving distance of all of the 7stanes mounting biking trails for those looking for a little more adventure.

Located on the banks of the River Nith at Glencaple, the 100 year old cottage has been renovated to a high modern standard inside and out. Boasting a master bedroom with en-suite, and two twin rooms up stairs, a family bathroom, kitchen/diner and a family room with log-burner. Stunning views over the River with Criffell and Knockendoch in the background. Ideally located for your holiday whether relaxing, or going exploring around the region.

Woodside Cottage, Clarencefield

A secluded cottage set between the small village of Clarencefield and the surrounding woods. A wonderfully peaceful and welcoming get away to recharge and embrace the surrounding nature. The area acts a gateway to Dumfries and Galloway, the UK's last undiscovered region. The cottage dates back to the 1700s and has undergone an extensive modernisation to make it a cozy retreat for up to 4 people at anytime of the year.

Hamish's Hideaway

Indulge in an exclusive escape at our private romantic getaway, perfectly designed for two. Tucked away from the world, this serene haven offers the ultimate blend of comfort and natural beauty. Skiddaw Mire House

Skiddaw is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes Glamping to a new level. Head outside to the private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or a soak in the hot tub reading a good book.

The Lily Pod

The Lily Pod is a self-contained holiday pod situated at our pond here at Lochhill Farm. It can sleep up to 4 people but more suited to two. The Pod has an open plan bedroom, living, dining and mini kitchen area and an enclosed shower room. Outside we have an open decking looking on to The Pond and stunning views further towards Criffel.
