Wir haben auf unserer Fahrradtour von Amsterdam nach Hause ins Ruhrgebiet eine Nacht in dem Kanalhaus von Ronnie und Monique verbracht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Kanal ist wirklich toll: Alles Wichtige ist schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig.

Studio très bien aménagé, endroit paisible, calme. Très bonne literie. Margreet nous a laissé de petits présents comme les petits chocolats pour Pâques, des petites bières et suffisamment de dosettes de café pour notre séjour c'est très sympa. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

INCROYABLE! Ravie à 300 % de ce merveilleux séjour ! Endroit apaisant, hôtes accueillants, literie confortable, chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût, chaleureuse, nombreux conseils, jardin magnifique, bref, la liste est longue. Qu'une envie, d'y retourner ! Merci à Michiel et Marjolaine.

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

This apartment was charming, right on a canal, making nighttime peaceful. If you're there for King's Day as we were, skip the crowds and watch party boats pass by while everyone waves and sings. Everything was as perfect as it appeared online. Lex and Sylvia are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I searched for a special gift, and Sylvia went above and beyond—she found it, texted us, and sent pictures! They provided all the essential information, plus an abundance of brochures and maps. The flat is perfect! The kitchen had everything one needed. They even stocked the fridge with essentials for breakfast and lunch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and outside space were excellent. The location is incredible. Thank you, Sylvia and Lex, for a wonderful weekend in Utrecht! It was one of my best vacations in a while. We can't wait to come back, Deb

Maurits en zijn vrouw zijn lieve en gastvrije mensen. Bij aankomst werden wij verwelkomt door Maurits die ons gelijk een rondleiding gaf door het appartement. Het appartement is gelegen onder hun vrijstaande woning aan het water wat echt geweldig was. De ruimte is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst konden wij genieten van een lekker Brabants worstenbroodje en een fles wijn. Wij voelden ons al vrij snel thuis wat voor ons altijd belangrijk is. De woonkamer is groot, groot bed fijne keuken en een aparte doucheruimte met een wasmachine-droger. Het enige puntje was dat er maar één raam was waar het licht door naar binnen kon komen. Dit was voor ons geen probleem, zeker niet omdat de leefruimte groot was en wij hier eigenlijk geen last van hadden. Wij mochten gebruik maken van de steiger en de serre met uitzicht op het water. Wij voelden ons echt welkom wat een fijne bijkomstigheid was van ons verblijf. In de toekomst willen wij graag terugkomen.

Great apartment. Really well thought out. The level of detail in the guide put together was fabulous and really helpful. Excellent facilities, I’ve been to so many Airbnbs where you get one washing tab and limited hand soap. Here there was a good supply of everything. Bread, butter and cheese on arrival was a nice touch. Decent coffee machine too 😊 The beds were very very comfy! Couldn’t fault at all. I’d defo return should I ever happen to be in Utrecht. היה מצוין במקום ממש במרכז וזה מקום וספייק מהכל היה נקי ומסודר ומאפשר אפילו להשאר עוד מספר ימים

We hebben enorm genoten! Smaakvol ingerichte , knusse b&b, terug om oma’s tijd met alle voorzieningen van deze tijd. Alles is aanwezig om tot rust te komen maar ook vertier van historische stadje bij de hand. Monique doet alles om je het naar de zin te maken. Er is hout om de open haard aan te maken, de koelkast is gevuld met alles voor het ontbijt en borrel. Er staat een flesje wijn klaar. Je kunt gebruik maken van de prachtige tuin. Wat wil je nog meer.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat 4 Schlafzimmer. Jedes unserer unserer drei Kinder konnte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer haben. Es standen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Damit konnte man schnell zum Supermarkt fahren.

wir waren als Familie bei Joop im Haus . Für uns war das Haus super. Leider waren wir im Herbst dort und konnten die tolle Terrasse, den Ausblick und das Wasser nicht ausnutzen. Im Sommer ist das bestimmt super.

We hebben het ontzettend goed naar ons zin gehad in het huisje van Willem. De locatie is prachtig, typisch Nederlands dijklandschap, het heeft de rust van het platteland en er is vanalles te doen. Zeker voor een gezin met kinderen is Willem’s plek zeer geschikt, er staat een trampoline in de tuin, spelletjes in de kast. Er is een voetbalveldje en zwembadje tegenover het huis aan de andere kant van de dijk. En de Linge zelf natuurlijk om in varen of zwemmen. Het huis was ruim en gezellig ingericht. Door het rieten dak goed geïsoleerd en dus relatief vrij koel als het buiten warm is. Willem was een uitstekende gastheer. Goede communicatie, vriendelijk, flexibel en met een persoonlijke touch. De volgende keer als we mijn familie in Nederland bezoeken zoek ik direct op of het huisje weer beschikbaar is.

Great find! The lodge was great, really well kitted out and lovely to stay in. Parking areas close by for unloading. The site is lovely, really peaceful walking around and great little playbacks all over for children. Didn't use the other amenities on the site. Great location for biking and Efteling. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend

This place was very special -- not only the home but the old town of Woudrichem. The home was spacious, clean and well furnished even with a history notebook of the city, street and home from the 1300s. You don't expect to have fresh flowers or apple tart waiting for you when you arrive at your AirBnB. Special touches! We'd all love to come back another time!

We zijn met 3 stellen bij Eefje en Sebastiaan geweest in het Voorhuus. Hele mooie locatie, heerlijke (privé)tuin en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Een heel leuk verblijf gehad in het huis van Erica. Er was wat speelgoed wat de kindjes heel leuk vonden, verder veel ruimte binnen en een ruime tuin. De garage is ook zeer handig voor fietsen. Het centrum van Oss is goed bereikbaar met de fiets, ook een mooie omgeving. De Geffense plas op wandelafstand. Enige nadeel aan het huis is dat er geen vliegenramen zijn aan de slaapkamers..

Wir hatten einen einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt in Chris Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist gut gelaufen und insgesamt hat alles super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Utrecht.

Gwen met us outside and explained everything and answered all our questions. It turned out that the location was perfect! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We especially enjoyed walking along the canal under the trees. The place was like new and the bed was premium.

We hebben met onze vrienden een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Een sfeervol ruim huis. In een mooie omgeving. We hebben heerlijk gefietst en gevaren. Daarna gezellig de tuin gezeten, met uitzicht op de schapen. Echt een aanrader!

Séjour très agréable, nous avons été bien accueilli par Miriam et Ger. L'endroit est très propice pour faire du vélo d'autant plus qu'il y a des vélos disponibles et ça c'est vraiment super !! Nous ne sommes pas rester longtemps et nous sommes partis à regret. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement avec grand plaisir !!

Es war alles perfekt- die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und konnten von Vianen aus viel unternehmen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen lieben Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The top floor apartment is in a wonderful location well situated in the old city of Utrecht. It is on a historical canal but peaceful as it is away from the main tourist canal and busy restaurants etc. The apartment is on the top floor of an historic town house and while separate and quiet it is part of the owners home - so you need to be respectful of this. The owners did provide plates, cutlery and dishes etc and they kindly washed these each day. There are two quite steep stairs to access the apartment so be mindful of this before booking. A lovely unique place to stay.

What better way to fall in love with the city of Utrecht than to stay in a historic wharf cellar? This super cool apartment is located super conveniently to anyone wishing to take advantage of all that Utrecht has to offer. It is a short walk to the train museum, local museums, parks and tons of shops. We had a fun time trying out a different coffee shop each morning. Jessica was a super kind host and made sure we had fresh towels and anything else we needed. Thank you Jessica!
