Spacious Studio with King Bed

Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

As this lovely apartment is on the highest floor of our old typical renovated Brussels’ mansion, please note that there are quite some stairs to reach it. Avoid heavy luggage. Please note that the apartment is for maximum 2 persons We, as a family live on the lowest floors, easily at your disposal in case of questions or recommendations.

Just-renovated, quiet and luminous studio of approx. 20m2 in the Brussels EU district, very close to Schuman and Cinquantenaire Park and 15 min from the city center in public transport. The studio is mainly composed of a double bedroom with kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, electric hob), TV and small desk, and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Guests can also dispose of a common dining area. Ideal for short stays of two people or one-person longer stays.

It is well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center. You will have the entire place for yourself. For your knowledge. My cat is NOT in the apartment anymore. So NO PETS around. You will be all by yourself. :)
