I had a wonderful stay! Nehad was very gentle and communicated clearly and quickly, making the whole experience smooth and easy. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed, and the location was perfect — easy access to everything around. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!

Mohamed was an excellent host and very responsive. The flat was kept at an excellent standard, spacious and in a great location to lots of restaurants, cafes and amenities. I’d happily book again with Mohammed.

Nice place and stunning balcony. The building is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The place wasn’t that clean but the host was very responsive to feedback and he will hire a different cleaning person from now. And he even brought a microwave when I asked! Great full service place. My only tip is that if you are a light sleeper, this place isn’t good for you. There’s a lot of construction outside and it shakes the whole apartment and makes a lot of noise. It’s not in the host’s control and hopefully will be done soon.

Good spacious place with a lot of amenities. The full first floor of several stories building is entirely yours. Power outlets are equipped with adapters to other countries. Our flight got delayed and our host Salwa waited for our arrival well beyond midnight offering help to explain taxi driver how to find their place. Locations is in old district of Cairo with good reputation. Nearby, across the road, there are several restaurants. What could be better: - Location address in AirBnB is not recognized by Google Maps. Simple fix will save a lot of hassle to future guests. - The lower bedroom next to the pool is dusty. Sleeping there is not an option. - There are board games outdoor which is great, however, they are not clean and sticky. - Place had literally no towels. Upon request host sent us 4, even though there were 6 of us. - $20 surcharge for electricity per day is unconditional. There is mention of that in description, though, ambiguous. Worth stating it clear.

I hesitate to write such a glowing review lest the apartment be booked if we ever need to stay here again! The apartment is excellent. We needed a pristine apartment, walkable, in Maadi Degla and this apartment was perfect. The hosts, Sherif & Mahmoud, could not be more responsive, friendly, or helpful, at any hour. We were here for an entire month and the few minor issues we had, ie internet cut one evening, they had resolved in minutes, without having to enter the apt. The apartment is in a super safe and quiet location on the corner of two streets which get no traffic at night. The only sounds we heard were an occasional cat meowing. It is also right across from the well stocked Seoudi Supermarket, has 24/7 super friendly guardians, is close to a slew of other shops, markets & restaurants, as well as a 4min walk from CAC (if walking slowly with a lazy child!) The apartment felt like home right away. We would not hesitate to stay here again and likely will.

We we're very lucky to meet Bassem. He is such a beautiful person. That is the true egyptian hospitality. Bassem helped us a lot, even when we had to (very) late check out. The appartement is big, calm and perfectly clean and the location is awesome, in the heart of Maadi with all accommodations at a walking distance. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for a family. I recommand this appartement to everybody. We had a fantastic stay. Sure we'll come back again.

Beautiful little appartement well located in Maadi. To keep in mind it's a ground floor, so it can get a bit noisy.

Choosing Mr Hesham’s place was absolutely the right choice for Cairo. The apartment is in a great location in Maadi, a green and peaceful neighborhood. The metro is about 4 minutes walk and a little bit after it is a market where you can get fruits & vegetables, groceries, bread…etc. the apartment is also next to street 9 which has all different kinds of restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Mr Hesham was very responsive and helpful during my stay. Highly recommend !

I had an amazing stay at this property in Cairo. The house was incredibly comfortable and safe, making it the perfect base for my time in the city. The host was exceptional – very friendly, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their helpfulness made my experience even more enjoyable. Mo is a great person. As a regular business traveler to Cairo, best place I ever stay in the city. Place is furnished hand made amazing furnitures. Location is excellent and have patisseries, shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants located within few minutes of walking distance. Strongly recommended

Super clean spot with comfy beds, great vibes, full kitchen, solid speaker for music, and smooth check-in. Loved it every time!

Our only reason for giving Zacki five stars is because ten stars was not available. This is a beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood. A large shopping mall with a food court is only a block away, as is Spinney’s which is one of Egypt’s premier grocery markets. We did not experience the water heater outage that some others have described. We found Ahmed, the co-host to be friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our requests or suggestions.

I stayed at the place with my foreign wife for almost a month. Great location, restaurants, cafes, local shops all nearby. Kareem was very helpful and responsive at all times. Highly recommended.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en la casa de Nana. Para el chek in nuestro vuelo lo se retrazo y el Sr. Alaa nos espero con las llaves hasta tarde en la noche y nos explico todo lo necesario. El apartamento es amplio con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. La cocina esta completa si deseas cocinar alli. El balcon con vista abierta es un plus (ademas a lo lejos se puede ver el Rio Nilo). Tambien tienes supermercados y restaurant cerca. Nosotros fuimos con nuestros hijos y la pasamos muy bien. Recomendamos el apartamento, volveríamos sin duda! Gracias de nuevo y saludos!

Noura is a total gem, with lovely welcoming children too. WiFi wsnt wkng on arrival and my welcome party didn't leave until it was sorted out and working again for me. Noura had left helpful numbers to contact whoever you may need and WiFi codes...so no stressing over that! You can't go wrong with noura as your host. and her comfortable home above any hustle or bustle is close to all you need in cairo. it's close to the nile and you'll have the best hostess. Nouras a great lady, with a good sense of humour, huge heart and a kind and honest soul. I think we may just remain friends instead; of tenant and landlord. oh! and she's an artist too; so creatives would be welcome at noura's; with fresh vase of flowers on table and perfectly stocked essential bits for guests. v thoughtful and gentle soul. Noura gets 10stars for making people feel at home. Annnd for being a creative herself...with a flair for the abstract! Good company!! Thanks for a great stay in your apartment noura 🪷🪷🪷
