The house was cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. It was great to be able to light the fire at night. The location was brilliant, it was peaceful and very scenic, five mins walk to the beach. I would love to visit again.

Maureen is a wonderful host. We had a late check-in, she waited for us, told us how and what to use in the house, recommended places to visit, bought us food, which was very nice of her. The house is located on a tranquil street, but at the same time, there is a shop nearby and only about 30 minutes to the city center. All photos correspond to reality. The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and we felt at home. Many thanks, Maureen, we had a lovely stay and will be happy to return to your home again!

We spent wonderful 4 nights at Katie‘s house. Enjoyed the landscape a lot and relaxed in the nice accommodation. Kate was always helpful in case we needed anything. Would love to come again.

we had a fabulous stay, the cottage has a lovely cosy old world charm. nearby shop 1 minute drive awayhad everything you'd need and foleys bar beside inch beach was super for food just a 5 minute drive away. beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. Superb host would highly recommend

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! Beautiful cottage in a great location, spacious and clean with everything you could need for a relaxing break. Clinton was a great host, very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely return 😊

Beautifull tranquil place,spacious yet cozy appartment,Amazing garden not to be missed Very sweet owners ,loved the fact there was organic washing up liqiud,all very in tune with their guardianship of this little oasis. highly recommended
