There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

The cottage is located in the heart of Lyme Regis "Old Town", a pebbles throw from the beach. We have furnished it with all that you will need to enjoy a relaxing break on the World Heritage Site that is the Jurassic Coast. Local to the cottage are a wide selection of award winning restaurants, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of beach and leisure activities for all age groups, with some picturesque walks starting from the front door. There is high-speed wifi throughout the accommodation.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)
