The creek is stocked with Trout and the surrounding areas consist of over 2,500 acres of State game land -perfect for hunting and fishing in season. Hike the nearby forests, or bring four wheelers and ride along the nearby trails. Sit around a nighttime bonfire and enjoy the stars in the dark sky unaffected by any nearby city lights.

The “old school” lodge overlooks our humble, but beautiful lake, at Camp Maple Lake. Vacationing at Camp Maple Lake is a unique opportunity to explore the grounds of an old summer wilderness camp, without all the campers & counselors. Canoe on the lake, go fishing, or sit on the lake side deck with your cup of coffee & watch the sunrise. Sorry, the lake is not for swimming, just for snapping turtles and fish And don't forget to bring firewood and s’mores for a camp fire under the stars

With plenty of room for the whole family, and limitless opportunities; hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and more. Even your own outdoor pickleball courts. Or... just pull up a chair on our outdoor patios and watch the creek roll by.

Bikes, kayaks, wood and fire pit, utensils, cocktail station, a balcony for sipping a drink or a coffee and plenty of places to eat and enjoy the open landscape, this house is a truly perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the finer things in life. No pets allowed, as we have had problems. Kayak use must be discussed and approved in advance.
