Lovely self contained comfortable studio apartment

Our lovely studio has its own entrance and has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. We are 10 minutes from the centre of basingstoke 2 minutes by car to the main hospital and 5 minutes from the railway station There is an abundance of country walks for those who like the outdoors. The village has a well stocked shop and the pub is a 5 minutes walk. Unfortunately We are not able to accept bookings with pets or young children We are in the beautiful village of Sherborne St John

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

On the estate there is a Nisa shop and a pub less than 1 mile away. Easy access to the M3 J6 and M4 J11 motorway. This is the perfect space for a business traveller or a couple wanting to explore the local area. Beds = 1 Kingsize OR 2 large singles plus sofa bed available.

Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.
