We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

The place was good,all the informations that the client needs to know is given . So upon arrival no questions ask. Complete kitchen tools hihi super love it!!

My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon! This is my second time staying at The Lake Farm. I brought extended family with me and they loved the place as well. I missed the ducks though. There used to be so many of them and we were looking forward to feeding them. The remaining ones weren’t eager to approach us. Hehe.

We had a wonderful staycation at Caballero Bed and Breakfast in Tagaytay, and it was everything we hoped for—peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully serene. The villa was clean and spacious. One of the highlights was the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. It was perfect for both day and night swims, and a great bonding spot for the family. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them. What made our stay even better was how kind and responsive the host was. Communication was smooth from the beginning, and they were thoughtful enough to allow us a late check-out free of charge—which we truly appreciated. That extra time made a big difference in how relaxed we felt heading home. Overall, it was a five-star experience. This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

We were looking forward to a restful and peaceful holiday, and Sophia’s place fit the bill perfectly. It’s a lovely, well-kept home in a quiet cove with a nice shallow beach that is well protected within a cove. The place is great for seniors and kids alike and the surroundings are quiet. Our host made sure that we were very comfortable and that all amenities were in order - ensuring that the ACs kept us cool in the summer heat (placing extra fans and going the extra mile of immediately replacing those that needed to be fixed) and that the generator was working well for any power outages. We were so lucky since other places in the area did not have any working generators. The place is exceptionally elegant and comfortable enough to sleep our entire family of eleven. We were so thankful to have the assistance of the caretakers who were easily reachable and for Sophia’s recommendations of where to get the freshest catch of the day. We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.
