The place is clean, nice and roomy. There's AC in the two rooms but not in the living room/ kitchen. There's plenty of fans in the house to keep the house cool. Cristina, their caretaker, was very friendly and responsive, and was there during check in and check out. You will see fishermen selling the fish that they caught if you go to the beach in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

You need to call a taxi at night. There are minimal nearby restaurants and no local nightlife. To explore, I would suggest taking a taxi/Grab to Makita. The house was perfect.

Ang ganda at linis ng place — very homey ang vibes, fully furnished, may complete amenities, at ready na kahit wala ka nang dalhin! May kitchen, malinis na banyo, at sobrang comfy ng beds. Pero ang pinaka-win sa lahat: may libreng bikes na aliw na aliw ang mga pamangkin ko! Paikot-ikot sila buong hapon, tapos nag-setup pa kami ng griller para sa barbecue. Ang saya lang! good vibes, masarap na food, at bonding time with family. Parang ayaw na nga nilang umuwi! We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Quiet place- except dogs barking but that’s understandable- for a rural place Aside from the brief black out - lighting was sufficient- Air conditioning needs improvement The toilet bowl in one of the bathrooms was moving- and there was no toilet paper holder- Despite the above comments- I think the pace is very spacious and conducive for big families

We had a good stay overall. The place is baby-friendly, especially with the playground. The only downside was that the pool water was cold you can’t stay that long.

Definitely worth the price! Place itself was secure, nearby shops, and they were responsive. Extended for another night and they were very accommodating. Thank you! Will definitely book again.

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed.
