Another wonderful stay at the boutique motel in Superior.Looking forward to the next visit.

Always love staying at the HHH! This is my 6th or 7th time, and definitely wont be my last. I always look forward to staying at the hostel as much as the rest of my trip. Its one of the most affordable spots near Grand Marais which is whole heartedly appreciated, especially by single travelers on a budget like myself. Keep doing what youre doing! Cant wait for the next time around 😎

Cost stay with a great view of Lake Superior and a fun farm atmosphere. We will be back for sure

it's always a joy to stay at the hungry hippie hostel! I meet the nicest people, and the short snowshoeing loop was fun too.

This place was exactly like the pictures. The room was good and clean. The bed was really big which was really nice. The only thing was that the light is yellow so it looks a little dimmer inside. Overall, the place is great and very easy to check-in host has really clear instructions as well. Highly recommended!

thoroughly enjoyed our private getaway, had breakfast on the lovely deck daily with awesome views of the lake. We enjoyed our stay! Amazing views of the lake, we enjoyed the sauna and the host were very responsive! The Airbnb is tucked away and sits right next to the lake! Feels very private which we enjoyed. The room was very cozy and loved that they had extra essentials (shampoo, body wash, makeup remover wipes) to use in the bathroom. Definitely will be coming back soon! Thank you!

I stayed one night before leaving on a three day camping and kayaking trip. My stay was lovely and I would love to return.

Hostel du Nord was absolutely excellent. It was situated in a nondescript location, but it was a great experience! The staff were super friendly and responsive, and I felt safe the whole time. It was clean and organized well, and the vibe was a really cozy kind of eclectic. I enjoyed my stay a lot, and I definitely plan on going back again, when I visit the area!

What a wonderful stay! It was a beautiful, snowy winter weekend in Bayfield that was magnified by the warm amenities provided at St. James Social. The restaurant downstairs is DELICIOUS and the staff are amazingly friendly. I’ll be recommending this stay to anyone and everyone heading up to Bayfield, WI!
