Le logement en plein air labellisé 3 *** , est situé au rez de jardin d'une maison contemporaine avec une entrée indépendante et accès au jardin. Le logement comporte une grande chambre avec salle de bain, une cuisine et une terrasse couverte et non couverte donnant sur le jardin. Un véritable nid tranquille, douillet et confortable. Logement sans salon , ni TV.

Elle se compose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon séjour. A l’étage une suite parentale avec chambre, salle de bain, et dressing. Il y a deux toilettes dont un à l’étage. Les draps et serviettes sont fournies. Idéal pour 2 adultes, un lit d’appoint est possible sur le canapé ( 1 place) Possibilité de rajouter un lit pour bébé sur demande . Il y a une cour commune avec une agence d’assurance. Place de parking privée. Situé en plein centre ville de Ribérac face au parc de la Mairie

There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Située dans un joli village de la Dordogne, cette grange aménagée est parfaite pour les voyageurs solos ou en couple. La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux.
